Excellent hotel, clean, staffs friendly have free show every night at 9 pm but I don't enjoy the variety because only local stay , the beach not clear water dirty and on the beach I want to relax, enjoy the sun to get tan local come by to sale stuffs so annoying. I won't come back again. Sorry to say . I rather stay at my home go to my home beach . disappointed.

The experience was terrible, we found the hotel very expensive for how it really is, the facilities are ugly and the service was very bad. We would definitely never go back.

With a little effort this property could have higher ratings. The staff was amazing and really go above and beyond to make your stay here great. Ubaldo from concierge, Carlos the door man and Pauola our house keeper noticeably stood out in making our stay at Crown Paradise Golden something to remember. With that being said... Crowen Paradise Golden should really consider updating the facilities (i.e. main pool, hot water heater, air conditioning in rooms and food at restaurants and buffet). My wife and I were celebrating 20 years with our first time out of the country together. We really enjoyed our trip to Puerto Vallarta and took advantage of being off resort as often as we could.

I have been to this property several times and continue to go back because it’s clean. The staff is friendly. It’s easily accessible to everything easily accessible from the airport. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone.

Need to repair broken things, update the rooms, better supervision over the kitchen staff, THE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE!!!
We walked in toilet water for 2 days, balcony door broken and never fixed. When they were going to give us another room, they asked to leave as soon as possible because they were going to give it to another guest. We said that it was unacceptable that they were going to give the room to another guest in the same conditions that they gave the room to us.
We ate at Los Gallos and they served us raw chicken!!!

The property needs a lot of remodeling and repairs. The adult pool is in terrible repair. The pool bathrooms are terrible. The bridge over the pool is very dangerous people fall all the time.its a dangerous design

The hotel itself was fantastic, I always have a great experience here and have stayed several times. However, this time they charged me a no-show fee even though I was present the entirety of my 5 day stay and the issue was never resolved. Being charged an extra $300 and offered no solution really gave a bad ending to a great trip.

Danny at the front desk is fantastic! The best customer service in Mexico or anywhere!
Some of the Ala Carte restaurants were either very short staffed or disorganized. One dinner took over 3 hours- mostly waiting. Food is good otherwise. This was our 5th trip to PV, we will be back!

I read many of the reviews complaining about the food, the service and the condition of the resort. I stayed there for 6 nights and yes the rooms are older, but they are clean and housekeeping does a great job. There were great options for breakfast (some reviews said there were powdered eggs and bee's on the fruit) i had custome made omelets every morning with fresh eggs and lots of fruit, but no bees. I also stayed in the older part of the resort, this is a 3 to 4 star resort, but for the price its a great value.
