all was good. except absolutely no drinking water was provided in rooms we had no idea. had 2 kids with us. i asked at recption if can buy some. told all is closed after 8pm plz drink room bathroom tap water its safe to drink. so be prepare after 8pm this place is complete shut down specially if u going with kids.

Service from one particular reception staff member was terrible and the young girl behind the bar/front of the restaurant was very rude and had terrible customer service

外部環境還是不錯的，衹是室內設施較為陳舊了。隔音也不是很好，隔壁衞生間裏的風扇聲大的無法入睡。好在我們那天住的絕大多數都是中國人，直接溝通了。值得表揚的事，前台大媽很熱情看到我們箱子大，從二層給換到了一層。

酒店很有年代感，小鎮不大，酒店附近有外賣車，買炒麪的餐車做的炒麪味道特別好吃，很多旅行社入住這個酒店。

比較傳統的鄉村酒店，很有年代感，設施比較老舊，早餐種類雖説不多但能夠吃飽，很不錯👍比較適合親子家庭出行。

在瓦納卡、庫克山、特卡波中間的地帶，但真是一個小村。主打衹睡一晚性價比。
如果庫克山的行程很累，可以選擇再這裏休息。
但其實如果你多花1h，完全可以住到瓦納卡 or 特卡波這倆一南一北，更加熱鬧的地方。
酒店衞生間上寫着中文的注意事項⚠️，淋雨不要🙅弄濕地毯，如果弄濕罰款200NZD…

老闆態度非常惡劣，看不起中國人，尤其老闆娘非常傲慢。帶2個小孩，催着我們多付錢、明明一個小孩25，她説一個小孩要50，明明連着住3天，第二天一早催我們交錢，我澡洗完穿着內衣，她説就給我5分鐘！！！我衣服都沒穿好，她非常粗魯地敲門、站着等！！！後面和她説不是應該25一天一人嗎？她説就是50，砍價來砍價去，她説30一天一人，60一天兩人，3晚一定要額外200刀！每天見到她都很高傲！非常差的體驗！酒店熱水還限量供應！一會兒就沒有熱水了！非常差的體驗，下次不會住了！
