The second time I stayed, the experience was really bad. There were still unclean cigarette ashes and cigarette butts in the toilet. The shower gel in the toilet was half used and not updated. The environment is good, but there may be some problems with the internal management. .

The front desk of the hotel was very speechless. I booked the wrong room and asked people to go down to pay the price difference in the middle of the night. Moreover, I didn’t give us a breakfast coupon. The aunt called out to pay for the breakfast coupon after eating half of the breakfast. I issued a ticket and said that I couldn’t open it personally.

忘記拍照，整體來說還算滿意，因為第1次入住不瞭解房間的格局，後來大堂經理給升級房間，服務還是很到位的👍👍👍

總體來説環境和服務都不錯的，在揭陽的酒店裡麪衞生算是挺好的，樓下有足浴，適合長途跋涉後放鬆一下，雖然不便宜哈！加錢換了行政房送了水果！唯一要吐槽的是空調有點吵，燈光有點暗，吧枱設計在櫃裏又沒燈，浴室沒有掛衣服的地方，建議酒店小小的改善可以帶來更好的用户體驗！

環境挺好的～雖然説有窗的房間，但是窗是封閉式，沒啥作用，花灑真的好用，水壓夠夠的，就是廁所下水道味道大，☹️……服務態度超級好，體驗感好強，棒棒的，前台姐姐還給我升級房間，感謝
