設施老舊 房間一股黴味 前台服務態度一般 連機器人送餐都沒有 要客人親自下去取 咖啡吧 環境差 黴味重 説好的點心水果八點半就沒有了 早上隔離開 不讓進 晚上又啥都沒有 泳池露天的 白天太熱 根本遊不了 也沒有人值班 一大堆管理毛病 停車場全都是臭水溝的臭味 帶客人過來 簡直真的太丟份兒了 好評都刷出來的 大家來的話一定要慎重考慮 真實評價!

酒店工作人員服務熱情，走到哪裡都有服務員打招呼，問好。不管是房間還是大堂，衞生很乾凈，早餐也很豐富，一份60元的自助早餐，性價比高。所有細節都可以看的出來酒店的管理者很用心。各方面都比之前住的三迪希爾頓酒店和曠遠酒店好很多。

酒店環境幽靜，房間設施都比較新，乾淨整潔沒有一點異味，出門酒店附近就有公交車站去各個景點都很方便，去興化府衹有兩站路，下次如果再去莆田，肯定首選還是帝寶。

酒店大堂的花藝很漂亮，花看起來都很新鮮，忍不住多拍了幾張。
早餐很贊，所以吃的有點多。
服務和衞生都不錯，門口專人指引掃碼，酒店公共區域隨處可見免洗消毒液，在疫情時期，住的放心。
如果有來莆田還是會選擇入住。

第二次入住，位置比較好，在市中心，附近有兩個大型商場，吃的也方便。
服務比較人性化，知道我不抽煙，免費升等到經典房的無煙樓層。
早餐也不錯，符合我的口味。
房間很乾凈，最重要很安靜，這是選擇的主要原因。
房間的咖啡推薦，是耳掛式的現磨咖啡豆，不像其他酒店是用很廉價的三合一咖啡粉，沒喝完會帶走。
酒店每天都有時間點可以免費核酸，這點太方便了。
