"The second day of my extended stay was a nightmare. It was a cloudy, rainy day. After renewing my stay at the front desk and returning to my room, I found the drinking glasses placed upside down in the sink (I tolerated that). But then I discovered they had thrown away my toothbrush (that really made me angry!). Their solution was to waive the breakfast fee, and I explicitly told them I didn't need anything else, including a new toothbrush. What made me even angrier was that the 'Do Not Disturb' light in this hotel is completely useless. While I was sleeping at noon, the doorbell rang – they were delivering a toothbrush, waking me up. So I decided to just get up and eat. I scanned the QR code to order room service, but the earliest I could get lunch delivered was 6 PM, with an additional 10 RMB delivery fee. When I ordered takeout, the robot delivery service wasn't available either, so I had to go downstairs to pick it up myself. The worst part came in the afternoon: I had clearly pressed 'Do Not Disturb' before leaving, and I even spoke with staff at the front desk, so they knew I was out. Yet, they still entered my room to deliver something I didn't need. While their intentions might have been good, please respect guests' privacy. I don't want you entering my room without permission, especially since I had valuables and personal items not put away, and I had the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on! The next day, the soup bases for breakfast weren't even hot. The mini-bar wasn't restocked in time either. This Crowne Plaza is the worst Crowne Plaza I have ever stayed at."

"Meizhou International Hotel is the best on the island. It's really upscale and luxurious. Sitting by the window, watching the sea, and enjoying tea and conversation is incredibly relaxing. The central location is perfect, especially for older guests, allowing them to easily explore the north side one day and the south side the next. Taxis are quite accessible on the island, but if you prefer not to take one, the bus stop is conveniently right next door. The location is truly excellent."

"The hotel rooms are beautifully decorated in a minimalist style, come fully equipped, and include breakfast. We had a great two-day stay; you can see the sea right from the window – it's a pity I forgot to take pictures, but the view is just as stunning as shown in their promotional photos. The owner was also incredibly kind; he gave us tips on where to visit and even gifted each of us a Mazu peace charm when we left. Thanks to the owner, wishing you continued success!"

The floor that the lady took on the day of check-in was a bit high, and I was very glad that I didn't feel any noise. "The B&B is right next to a hotel, with a small path leading to Lianchi'ao Beach. You can watch the sunrise from the rooftop glass walkway. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't very good on our visit, as it was cloudy. A few negatives: the soundproofing in the room was a bit lacking. If a child was playing in the common area at night, they could still hear it clearly from inside. Overall, it was a good experience."
