"The shangri-la putian is conveniently located opposite a huge shopping mall and beside a garden. The room was nice and cosy and the service was attentive and impeccable, with Melvin (?) accompanying us to the room and constantly asked if we needed help with anything. All the staff were friendly and helpful and gave us many suggestions on where we could go during our stay and rarely have we experienced such excellent level of hospitality when staying at similar hotels. The river view we had was amazing. Food at shang garden was tasty, and Lydia's service was excellent, offering us extra snacks and soup. The portions served were huge and reasonably priced. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Putian! 莆田香格里拉酒店地理位置优越，对面就是大型购物中心，旁边就是花园。房间舒适温馨，服务周到细致，一位名叫（Melvin）的服务员亲自送我们到房间，在大堂碰到我们时会问我们是否需要任何帮助。所有员工都非常友好热情，为我们提供了很多游玩建议。入住类似酒店，我们很少体验到如此卓越的服务。房间的河景令人惊艳。香园餐厅的菜肴美味可口，服务员（Lydia）的服务也无可挑剔，还主动为我们提供了额外的点心和汤。菜量十足，价格也十分合理。强烈推荐给所有来莆田的游客！!"

"Got a room full of smoking smell but thankfully there was a spare room which the hotel changed for us and also provided an air purifier. Pool and gym are great! But room cleanliness could be better. The floor was dirty, I could tell from my children’s black socks after running in the room for a short while. Other than that the bathroom and view are beautiful, breakfast is good."

"The room was clean and safe, there was no smell, the bed was big enough, and the child slept soundly. When we went out to play, we accidentally left the water cup in the room. After the boss found it, he specially helped us collect it and returned it when we came back. The homestay is close to the beach, and children can play in the sand and water as much as possible. The boss also reminded us to pay attention to the tide time, especially attentive. It is convenient to eat and shop around, the homestay is quiet and comfortable, the service is warm and thoughtful, the overall experience is very good, it is recommended to families with children."

"The B&B is really great! From the moment I made the reservation, I felt their attentiveness, and contacting them in advance was reassuring. After arriving at the pier, there is also a considerate pick-up service, which is very convenient. The service at the B&B is beyond praise. The staff are warm and considerate and handle every detail very well. What is particularly worth mentioning is that during the Dragon Boat Festival, wormwood is hung at the door, which is full of a strong festive atmosphere and makes people feel warm. "This is the perfect hotel for a road trip! It's super close to the pedestrian street, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The hotel also has a laundry room and a gym, which is really handy for relaxing and recuperating during your trip. I especially want to highlight the huge parking lot, which even has EV charging stations – parking and charging are a breeze, so hassle-free!
