"The hotel's service was quite good. Staff members always greeted me proactively. When checking in, they asked if I was an IHG member. Since I booked through Ctrip, I thought I wouldn't be able to link my account, but they offered to do it anyway and even gave me a welcome drink. They were also prompt in helping with any issues. The room was kept pretty clean, and there's both an indoor and outdoor heated pool, plus a gym. Overall, it offers good value for money."

"I rarely leave reviews, but Putian Keisi Hotel is an exception. The entire decor is top-notch, absolutely no strange odors, and the modern, light-luxury Zen style feels both upscale and comfortable. The room is super spacious, with ceilings over 3 meters high, which is very pleasant. There's also a courtyard view outside the window, quite unique – you can tell the owner put a lot of thought into it. The most surprising feature was the smart voice control system; I could control the lights, air conditioning, and curtains just by speaking, which was incredibly high-tech. The cleanliness was also satisfactory, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. The 6th-floor rooftop garden, restaurant, tea room, and gym are all conveniently located in one place. The breakfast was a fantastic blend of Western, Chinese, and local specialties. The location is also great, close to Wanda Plaza and Xinghuafu Historical District, making travel very convenient. This was the most stress-free stay I've ever had!"

"This hotel truly values its online guests. Shortly after booking, I received a call asking if I had any special requests. They upgraded my room, sent a fruit platter, and provided turndown service. The facilities are high-tech and smart. I thoroughly checked the room, and it was very clean. Breakfast was also plentiful. This is the first time I've given a hotel a 5-star review! The service was incredibly thoughtful. Lainey Li from Shangri-La Putian provided exceptional service. The staff at check-in were friendly and the process was efficient. At check-out, they meticulously verified my information, showing professionalism and attentiveness throughout. My stay was excellent and I highly recommend it."

"This Atour Hotel is my top choice every time I travel for business. The front desk staff is efficient with check-ins, and the warm welcome I receive upon entering is always a nice touch. The rooms are clean and odor-free, and the mattress and pillows are incredibly comfortable. The soundproofing is excellent, and they even offer thoughtful late-night amenities. The value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely be back!"

"Traveling with my family to Fujian for Chinese New Year, I found the hotel's parking very convenient. The location isn't far from Xinghua Mansion Historical and Cultural Street in the city center; it's about a 15-20 minute walk or a less than 10-minute ride on a rented electric scooter. As an IHG member, I've always trusted the InterContinental Hotels Group brand, having stayed at Holiday Inn locations elsewhere before. However, this time I was a bit disappointed with the service. For example, the front desk was unwilling to waive the breakfast fee for my child, and the variety at the buffet breakfast was quite limited. In the restaurant, during the Chinese New Year holiday, there was a noticeable shortage of staff, and tables weren't cleared promptly. What's more, a shabbily dressed young boy was collecting breakfast tickets at the restaurant's front desk. Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel room was good, but there's definitely room for improvement in the service."

"This newly opened Vienna Hotel on the beach was such a pleasant surprise! The location is absolutely amazing – just a few steps out the door and you're right on the beach. The sand is soft and fine, and the sea view is completely unobstructed. The hotel is brand new, with fresh and clean facilities. Our room was spacious and bright, and the floor-to-ceiling windows made for an incredible ocean-view experience. The staff were warm and attentive, providing detailed and excellent service. Overall, it was a quiet and comfortable stay, a perfect vacation experience. For a beach getaway, this is definitely my top choice, highly recommended!"

The service attitude is super good, the boss is kind and kind, take the initiative to help solve the journey problem, and will also inform the island's play precautions. The natural scenery of Weizhou Island is absolutely perfect, the blue sea and blue sky, the sea breeze is slowly, and it is very relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The environment of the homestay is comfortable and quiet, convenient to travel, health and service are both online, you can live in peace of mind, and you can enjoy the beautiful island scenery. "The room was spacious, bright, and clean, making for a very pleasant stay. Upon checking in, I was delighted to find a small plate of Mazu cakes thoughtfully prepared in the room. The owners, a wonderful couple, truly made us feel at home. When we arrived in the afternoon, the owner personally picked us up from the pier and also drove us back when we departed. The proprietress was incredibly kind and gentle; she enthusiastically helped us book tickets for the 'Impressions of Mazu' show that evening and even managed to upgrade our seats. Later that night, I caught a chill and had an upset stomach. The proprietress, with such warmth, personally brought her hot water bottle to my room. On our departure day, heavy fog caused the ferry service to be suspended. We rebooked high-speed rail tickets for the afternoon, and the proprietress kindly arranged a late check-out for us. Their hospitality was truly warm and thoughtful. The only thing I wasn't used to was finding disposable towels and bath towels in the room. I ended up buying my own towels from a supermarket. Perhaps the owner considered personal hygiene, or maybe it's because of the island's humid air making it difficult for towels to dry. However, I still hope they wouldn't use disposables. After all, they're not cotton and aren't comfortable to use. Overall, it was a great stay. Thumbs up!"

"This guesthouse is a hidden gem! The bedding was spotless and smelled fresh. Breakfast was a local specialty, and you could rent electric scooters right outside to explore the island. We came without a plan, but the owner thoughtfully provided us with travel tips. Excellent value for money!"

"The environment is particularly good. Convenient transportation and very clean. The owner of the hotel is very kind. 5 minutes out of the door is Mazu Temple and Rainbow Road, there is a beach, and there are quite a lot of restaurants nearby. The breakfast at the homestay is more Chinese. Overall very satisfied."

"The hotel was renovated in 2024, and the environment is quite good. Its location is unbeatable, right next to E'wei Beach, just a 10-minute walk away. The outdoor pool and private beach are a big plus. However, the food at the private beach restaurant needs improvement; it's both expensive and unappetizing!"

If the guesthouse is its soul, then the owner is its calling card. This guesthouse was incredibly welcoming, making my journey to the pilgrimage feel truly blissful. I was really surprised to stay in it. First of all, the room was very large and very comfortable. The lady at the front desk was always smiling when I checked in. The various services are also kept up to date. When I went out, I met the cleaning lady, who also greeted me warmly and gave me a like. As a former five-star hotel employee, I really feel that this hotel is very good in all aspects and very cost-effective."

"Facilities: Not brand new, but it still lives up to its luxury classification. It's very comfortable, convenient, and well-designed. Hygiene: Good. The environment is well-maintained, and there are no strange odors. Ambiance: The location offers peace and quiet while still being in a lively area. You can see Xiuyu Wanda right from your window. It's super convenient for visiting Ziyu's famous building and for dining out 😘. Service: Everyone was very gentle and thoughtful! Highlight: I originally planned to look for food at the scenic spots, but I discovered the hotel breakfast was full of local specialties, and there was even someone to introduce the dishes. So, I canceled my plans to eat out. Both mornings, my friend and I spent an hour devouring breakfast in the restaurant before heading out 😂. Eating was a major highlight of both the music festival and the trip, and it all happened right here, haha! 🤣"

"The room facilities are a B&B converted from a self-owned house. The sanitary conditions are acceptable and need to be improved, but the breakfast is quite good. I grabbed a special room with breakfast included. There was a small misunderstanding with the landlord. The order stated free pick-up and drop-off. Because it was a special room, the boss did not pick up the boat. We took the No. 3 bus there ourselves, but when we left, the boss drove the captain to the boat."
