I like it so much. When I arrive at the hotel, there is a personal butler to help with the luggage. The staff are very enthusiastic and professional. If you have any needs to contact the butler, you can get it solved immediately! Just stayed at the homestay and had prepared tea and small points. It was really intimate. The homestay was newly opened and the facilities were complete and brand new. It did not lose to star hotels! This is not only tea, but also coffee, milk tea, wine! It is really suitable for making tea, chatting, gatherings, and even a daze. The air on the mountain is also very fresh. You can see the entire Dongzhen Reservoir in the distance! Very satisfied with a stay experience, will come again if there is a chance!

A little far from downtown and the attractions but you’ll be driving or in a cab anyway, there is no walking in Putian. The newest and definitely most pleasant of the five star hotels in the city. The park next door is charming, and the hot spring is very pleasant, although there is some controversy as to whether the hot spring has the correct water overflow/replacement to make sure the water is being renewed isn’t dead water. Note that despite nominally being a non smoking hotel, the floor we were on reeked with smoke with one room propping the door open while smoking and cleaning staff passed by without batting an eyelid. Rooms are big, well equipped and there are the expected Shangrila touches. Would definitely choose this hotel to stay in over any other in the city.

I came here for a business trip and booked it. The work was done very carefully. The decoration of the room was very good. The air conditioning, projection, toiletries and other preparations were all complete. It was my second time to stay here, and my experience was not as good as the first time. I guess it was because I moved in relatively new five years ago, so this time it was a bit shabby, and the floors were peeling. The main praise is that the sanitary ware and shower head have good hot water, the mattress is very comfortable, not hard or soft, the room is big enough, and the air conditioning is powerful. This time it is also equipped with a Xiaodu intelligent voice system. Technology changes life, and the hotel's location is also good. It's very convenient to eat around. Let’s complain about the hotel’s king rooms and deluxe rooms. First of all, only the rooms with front and rear elevators along the street are particularly noisy in the king rooms. Changing to a deluxe room costs an extra RMB 40 per night. Secondly, why not mark it clearly on the booking page. The double bed room is exactly the same as the deluxe room for an additional fee. And I made a note not to go to the end or the elevator room, and no one told me in advance whether they would mind. This is really a trap. Finally, the hotel service staff really need additional training.
