Service: The waiters need further training, the service awareness is not strong enough, the room attendants greeted very warmly, and the waiters in the breakfast area were not professional enough. Sanitation: Because the bed in the executive room is relatively large, this time I chose a slightly more expensive executive room, but after I checked in, I felt as if no one lived there for a long time. I should have done a good job of hygiene before, but it was a little dusty. Small suggestion: It has been mentioned in the hotel's feedback call that the breakfast time is 6:30-9:30. However, half of the lights were turned off at 9:30 on the day we dined, and there were still many guests dining at that time. Because Arcadia is originally a resort hotel, it is normal for guests to wake up late. It is recommended to extend the breakfast time to 10:00. Even if it cannot be extended, don’t turn off the lights at once. This feels like driving away guests. Star hotels should not have such a sense of experience, I hope to improve.

Environment is very good, garden leisure hotel. There are wide roads down the highway. It seems to be in a new city, so it is sp****ly populated, but it is exactly what I like, and I can enjoy a moment of leisure and tranquility. The selected lake view room, the balcony is facing a lake, and the sunset is impressive. There is an underground parking lot, which is convenient and suitable for self-driving. The service attitude of the guy at the front desk when checking out was very good. When I went out this time, I found that now the little brother looks like Zheng Zheng, but the young ladies seem to be Zheng Youen's negative possession.

The hotel is next to the West Lake in Puyang. The scenery is very beautiful and quiet. The breakfast is also very good. This should be the only five-star hotel in Puyang. Come to Puyang and live in Aka.
