Not to mention the location, the bath water is not big, and the sound insulation of the room is not good. The bath liquid and toilet paper in the room are leftovers from the previous guest. The hair dryer looks like a street stall. The white of the bath towels has also changed color. The curtains are dirty. It was a check-in experience with gaps. It's a pity that such a good size!

There is a lot of greenery, you can walk in the hotel, the parking lot is also large, the surrounding environment is beautiful, and the front office manager is very good. The overall feeling is quite satisfactory, the price is not very expensive, and I will stay here next time I travel.

The hotel is relatively clean, and the decoration is relatively new, at least not old, there are not many restaurants nearby. I feel that there are many meetings in the hotel, but the lake near the hotel is very good, you can walk or jog.

There is nothing to say about the environment, Puyang No. 1, the service is really very caring and very good, especially the lady at the front desk, laughing and chanting, the service attitude is very good. I can feel the service of the first-tier cities when I come back from other places. I will stay in this hotel next time

Environment: The location of the hotel is good. It is on the edge of the core area of Puyang City. It is very convenient to drive by car. Service: The waiters need further training, the service awareness is not strong enough, the room attendants greeted very warmly, and the waiters in the breakfast area were not professional enough. Sanitation: Because the bed in the executive room is relatively large, this time I chose a slightly more expensive executive room, but after I checked in, I felt as if no one lived there for a long time. I should have done a good job of hygiene before, but it was a little dusty. Small suggestion: It has been mentioned in the hotel's feedback call that the breakfast time is 6:30-9:30. However, half of the lights were turned off at 9:30 on the day we dined, and there were still many guests dining at that time. Because Arcadia is originally a resort hotel, it is normal for guests to wake up late. It is recommended to extend the breakfast time to 10:00. Even if it cannot be extended, don’t turn off the lights at once. This feels like driving away guests. Star hotels should not have such a sense of experience, I hope to improve.
