房間煙味🚬巨大，可能是本地住宿習慣使然，開了一晚上窗户也沒用，晚上薰到無法入睡。
對🚬敏感的勸退吧還是。
房間給了兩瓶小瓶礦泉水和一桶同品牌的大桶礦泉水，兩個小瓶上面都有免費，大桶的上面也沒有價簽（其他所有收費飲料都有明碼價簽在上面貼着）。離店後被扣了25元。
勸退。
地庫無充電樁。

這家應該是昌都最好的酒店了，裝修富麗堂皇，有老派國賓館的端莊審美。整個酒店非常乾淨，房間面積大，水暖系統讓人在房間裏穿單衣都不會冷。衞生間淋浴系統等都比較智能，從西藏高原地帶下來終於能好好地洗個澡。床褥很舒服，床上用品整潔乾淨，可以提供較好的睡眠。
而且對於這樣水準的酒店，價格方面也很合理，所以很推薦！

1:酒店樓下就是KTV，晚上特別吵，隔音很差，
2:當天晚上房間熱水是黃色的，全是沙子，原本打算泡個澡，一看那水質，真的不敢使用，第二天早上起來酒店停水，一直到十一點才來冷水，熱水一直到一點左右才來，放了好久也是黃色的，全是沙子，根本沒法洗漱，房間就兩瓶特別小的礦泉水，大桶水全是收費的，給前台打電話反映熱水問題，就一句話，在維修，她們也沒辦法，
3:入住交了200的按金，離店時不及時查房，一直到晚上八點多未收到按金退還，給前台打電話，前台説我們把床單枕套弄臟了，需要賠付300元，按金扣除還需要賠付100元，
作為一個昌都市最好的酒店之一，這樣的處理方式讓人覺得很可笑，對於自身的問題一點道歉的態度都沒有，還要問客户額外收取賠償，500多的房價，再也不會住了

酒店入住體驗很不錯，衞生做的好，設施設備也挺完善，這個價格比起昌都其他酒店真的很有性價比了，希望能保持，配有泡茶的設施，浴缸泡澡的時候可將隔門推開，就可以看電視聽音樂了，最驚喜的是點的外賣是由機器人送到門口的，很贊！

這家酒店應該是昌都最好的酒店了，在昌都市裡停車是一大難題，由於地理位置環境狹長停車基本都在路邊，這家酒店地下停車場車位充足不用擔心停車問題，保安人員元熱情幫忙提行李，有電梯也方便行李搬運，房間的裝潢用料也好，房間夠寬敞，衞生間隔斷式的乾濕分離，靠着江邊環境很好，衹要過橋就有許多餐飲商鋪，早餐一級棒，非常推薦入住。

【先説優點】：電梯需刷卡；房間乾淨，隔音不錯，裝修有品味，衞生間乾濕三分離，有大浴袍和護髮素，這對長髮女士非常友好；樓道的裝飾和燈光很有檔次；早餐一直從6：30-10：30持續供應，這對需要早起趕路和需要補覺睡到自然醒的兩類不同客人簡直都是福音啊！早餐種類豐富不輸五星級酒店，豆漿是鮮榨的非常好喝，還有豆腐腦麪條米線玉米荷包蛋、咖啡酥油茶甜茶酸奶水果、氂牛肉蔬菜菜品以及西點麪包等等。【再説不足】：酸奶不是新鮮的生牛乳，而是復原乳，這在藏牧區也太湊合了吧，牛奶是鮮奶為啥酸奶僅提供復原乳？另外早晨10:20鮮牛奶也沒有持續供應已經空罐了，希望改進。
