the location is very good and convenient to those who travel by train to the city. It locates a place not far to many city sightseeing spots which can be good to guests who would like to explore city tour at the city. The guest house is somewhat old decorated and out of good maintenance.

Very close to Qingdao Station. The price is super cheap, very suitable for people on the road like me. The train at 5:30 in the morning. Get up at three or four o'clock. It is very comfortable to walk around the seaside of the trestle bridge.

這家青年旅舍是一家看起來很接地氣的酒店，房間內的設施也很齊全，酒店有着熱情客氣並且盡職盡責的工作人員。
這家青年旅舍一看就是用心佈置的，牆上滿滿的留言記錄了很多旅人與遊客在這的開心快樂，不論你是家庭出行還是獨自出差，都能找到自己適合的房間。當然，你如果拿高星級酒店比，當我沒説，高星級酒店也不會有這樣的價格。
酒店8分鐘就能走到青島站，交通什麼的也很方便，旁邊是銀魚巷步行老街，周圍還有很多當地特色的餐廳和飯店，哪怕晚上十點左右回來也能找到吃的，而且相對實在不宰客。
本次沒有在酒店拍照，那就放個吃的湊一下吧。期待下次相遇。

地毯特別黑，應該就是從開店以來從來沒換過吧，地毯上永遠有一團帶着污物的頭髮，廁所破舊不堪，洗澡的時候一直在嫌棄😒，太空艙裏面一股味道，被子上還有別人的頭髮和一些沙子，降價降的離譜，淡季突然變30多了，那是因為就這個居住條件就值30，保潔把換掉的被子直接扔在未打掃的地面上胡亂堆着，廁所門鎖不上，我鎖着房間門保潔就一直催我開門，還不讓我鎖門，打擾衞生就是象徵性的換個被褥和兩個垃圾桶，地面不掃，洗手池不擦，馬桶不刷，和客服商量讓退一部分差價也不退，態度極其強硬，還pua我，説旅館的價格浮動是正常的，每個賓館都這樣，偷換概念，我讓你退款的原因是你這兒太埋汰了，收拾衞生收拾的死墨跡，廁所舊的讓人噁心，都説青旅便宜，不代表便宜就沒有資格享受乾淨的環境，你的住宿環境舊也沒關係，關鍵是又舊又臟，讓我住的時候無時無刻不在嫌棄，也是挺佩服我自己能一直忍受的，下次遇到這種直接和客服商量全額退了，也不住了。
做生意，我理解你想賺錢，你節假日貴四五倍，淡季便宜很多，這很正常，問題根本不是你的價格浮動，而是根本不值這個價位。你去看看連鎖青旅“背包十年”和你差不多價位，店面有多整潔，衞生比你這好多好，要是沒錢換保潔重裝修就別開了，做生意沒有誠心是做不下去的，我奉勸你，別想賺一時的輕鬆錢，你這店網上一搜已經不少人在吐槽了，想開的長遠我勸你最好重新裝修重新請保潔。
