地理位置很好，出門不遠就是石長者海水浴場和沙子口，酒店衞生環境很乾凈整潔，打掃的很及時，前台服務很周到很熱情，特別是小馬，特別熱情，做事效率高，特別有禮貌，每次進出酒店都跟我熱情的打招呼，人還特別幽默風趣。如家給你不一樣的家，家人們都給我住如家🥰

怎麼説呢，我輕易不評價我住過的酒店，這個如家酒店讓我滿懷期待而來，飽含失望而去。最開始延遲退房需要充會員，這裏我就開始不理解酒店的操作了;酒店外觀很好，但是內裏與外觀不符，牆壁是空心的，像是用鐵板重新搭的，隔音呢像是沒有牆一樣，能輕易聽清楚別人的悄悄話;廁所的地板竟然也是空心的，踩上搖搖晃晃的，我都怕給他踩穿了;電視是小小一個，不能聯網，是接天線收信號的，打開還都是雪花，電視內容基本靠大腦聯想解析;空調聲音賊大，還會自動關，半夜還得起來再打開一次。服務員的服務質量還可以，但是設施太差了，店家升級一下吧。

真差勁，連鎖酒店做成這樣也是要完蛋的節奏，房屋設施陳舊、服務態度差、床品臟舊、衞生間積水、由於賓館是建在山上，總感覺整個房間都是斜的，車停在院裏也是斜的，站在房間裏感覺暈暈乎乎的，所謂的有窗大床商務間，窗户就是個擺設，外面是樓梯，早上6點窗外就開始維修，吵的沒法睡，早餐20一人，還他媽差的要命，在山上週邊沒有賣吃的店，衹能吃這個，如家真是越做越差，真不如民宿，我從不差評，這實在是忍無可忍，400多的房費，真的對的起良心嗎？對的起客人嗎？好客山東最美青島，不學學淄博嗎？

避坑！價格貴，房間又舊又臟，地段偏，去棧橋的士費超60，所謂對面是海，其實根本看不到並去不了，外面是一條快速公路，中間是花壇隔離帶，要過馬路的走至少一公里，而且下不了海，周邊要走很遠才有吃飯和購物的地方…進門沒有實名人臉認證（説是機器壞了），安全有隱患。廁所毛巾黑舊拉絲，床單用黑線縫補，而且睡起來感覺很潮濕。進入3樓其中兩個房間需要再爬一小段樓梯，上樓後瞬間悶熱，潮氣逼人。電視小且馬賽克畫質。這家旅館麼多差評我沒看直接訂了，住進去才發現像野雞旅館般的差，再一查才發現差評如潮，每一條差評都是實坑，望避坑！

房間隔音很差，晚上一點多的時候，還有人在樓梯上跑，很大聲，空調一直有聲音。自己房間不開也能聽到別的空調在響，窗户關不上。
