The hotel is in an excellent location near May Fourth Square and the MixC Mall, which is a huge and modern shopping complex. Getting around was easy with Didi. We booked an executive suite that was very spacious with a great layout. Breakfast was excellent, especially on our last day when there were several fish selections. The staff could speak English, which made communication much easier compared to many other hotels in China.
The only downsides were that the bed was quite hard and the pillows were not very comfortable. On our third night, the room next door was quite noisy with guests repeatedly opening and closing their door.

The people who serves at the hotel are eager to serve and please the guests.
Great service, and great breakfast, there is also a good Cantonese restaurant at the 28th floor.
Rooms are spacious. We took the suite and it is the best Value for the reasonable rates.
The front desk managers are very helpful and great service.

酒店位置優越，交通便利。早餐品種豐富，房間佈置也很舒適，點外賣還有小機器人送上門，五樓還有免費的健身器材和泳池，特別感謝賓客中心Vivian為我提供了很多幫助，在整個交流過程中都非常親切，語氣自然，讓人感到輕鬆愉快。她的耐心和細緻讓我感受到了真正的關懷，下次還會再回來

以前來住過幾次 這次因為想離市區近店 又選擇了這家 以前覺得這家馬桶排水不好 這次來住感覺改善很多 前台很熱情 預訂部也很好 打掃方面還需要加強細節 換床單和牀頭櫃等 總體來説還不錯 下次再訂

本來定了五四廣場的亞朵酒店，但是朋友推薦了假日酒店，非常棒！！
地理位置：酒店在政府旁邊，隔壁有銀座商城，吃的特別的多，走路可到奧帆中心，走一會也可去萬象城。
衞生：因為我們對灰塵蟎蟲過敏，假日酒店本不在我們計劃中，因為原本裝修是地毯，但是24年年底裝修了部分房間，改為地板了，所以我們就來了，其他衞生都很好，打掃的很乾凈。
服務：預訂之前就問酒店前台可以要求房間是新裝修的，兩個房間挨着麼？答曰可以，備註即可。我們凌晨1點半到，房間安排好了，很贊！
設施：一樓有玩遊戲的，有健身房，希望能有自助洗衣房和充電樁！沒有充電樁的確太不方便了！

酒店位置優越，地鐵出口步行10分鐘，距離奧帆中心、五四廣場步行可達。能看出來酒店開業比較久了，設施不新但是維護得很好，寢具都很舒適，唯一建議提高的是早餐，對比價格還是稍微有一點不值了，可能是為了照顧國際友人的口味吧。重點要表揚的是酒店每位工作人員都非常熱情，在暑假旺季還升級了房間，原定是住兩晚後換酒店的，結果住得都不想走了，又取消了原定的酒店續住了一晚。酒店餐廳很實惠，可以在附近浮山市場買海鮮回酒店加工，美味且食品安全有保障，而且點評還送了一份餃子，讓我們度過了非常開心的一晚。總之，感謝所有工作人員提供的服務，這幾天住得非常舒心！
