There is no gate and no security in the community. The room I live in is on the first floor. The anti-theft door goes straight to the outside of the building, and there is no unit door. The windows facing the outside are not even equipped with anti-theft windows. The law guarantees that the bedding inside is also stained and not clean. In short, I didn't dare to stay and just slipped away and re-booked a chain hotel. In the future, I will book a chain hotel when I have a long memory.

真的挺不錯，像在家裡一樣，衞生也還可以，裝修很有風格。老闆很貼心，很多細節，比如有指甲刀牙簽，還有一次性的馬桶套，洗衣液，別家很多都沒，洗髮水沐浴露還有潤髮精華一套都是dove，前幾天住的比這貴的酒店都沒捨得給這麼好的洗護用品。這裏用的全是品牌。好像自己家。

小區裏面，小區大門牆上寫着美術館，雖然沒看到，不過感覺很不錯。房子在小區裏面最後面，見到13號樓就左轉，到頭是三單元。一層，房間裏面很乾凈，中年夫妻倆做衞生打掃，女兒網上經營。對面小區還有房子做民宿。因為在一層，房間內有點冷。窗户外面是一片空地，搭有曬晾架子，看到有曬乾的床單被罩浴巾等。房內空間很大，很乾凈。進屋有一點潮濕的味道，房東開窗户給通風了。塑料拖鞋兩雙，還有一次性拖鞋，衞生間也很乾凈，洗浴用品很不錯，還有拖布可以自己打掃。浴巾1條毛巾2條也乾淨。不錯

超出預期，位置那麼好，價格實惠，房間很大，衞生也好，也很安靜。老闆人也特別好，因為跑馬拉松去青島，由於天氣暴曬回來晚點，老闆也很理解，很愉快的一次體驗，下次還會再住。

房主姐姐很好很貼心也給了很多來玩的建議房子位置離五四廣場萬象城銀座都很近附近很方便房子位置也很好找雖然是老小區但是屋內裝修還挺好的東西也很齊全隨時有事聯繫房主很快就能解決問題價格還很合適來玩這幾天住在這裏很開心青島真是個漂亮的地方沒拍房間照片來幾張青島美照吧有機會我還會來的！祝房主姐姐和阿姨健康開心生意興隆！

一居室，整體不錯，青島這個價位的民宿，還能這種設施的真不多，門口就是阿姨放物資的地點，阿姨説缺啥自己拿哈哈哈，我覺得在鬧市區還在市府旁邊，能有這麼安靜的小區，還是不錯的，除了門口是單行道以外，整體還不錯，出門就是萬象城，走一公里就是五四廣場，位置還是不錯的，就是青島這個交通啊……一言難盡

環境好，老闆更好，有家的感覺，特別親切。就是無敵好，因為早上到青島，上一波客人還沒有退房，我們要出去玩，老闆還給我們安排地方放行李，讓我們化粧，洗頭，各種給我們找吹風機，毛巾。23號的晚上飛機，也給我們保管行李。實在是太好了，賊推薦。

房間住着很舒服，環境很好，設施也全，房東人非常的哇塞，去是提前去的，走的時候因為在等人，房東都給找了休息的地方。親眼看見了打掃衞生的全過程，很認真負責。馬桶墊防水小細節都很到位，洗髮露沐浴露等都是大牌讓人用着放心。除此外還有冰箱，空氣凈化機。走的着急忘了拍個照片，在此豎個大拇哥吧，真心推薦，祝老闆生意興隆。
