總體是比較滿意的，值得推薦。因為住的時間也不長，我就主觀感受説一下：這個位置沒得説，八大關景區裏面，又面朝大海，而且老闆本身開的有咖啡屋，可以坐在平台上喝着咖啡賞海景，絕對美好；老闆娘人很好，很熱情，本來想花錢點的，結果老闆娘免費給了兩杯咖啡，讓我們都有點受寵若驚了；房子很乾凈，用品也很齊全，唯一可能閣樓的原因，隔音並不是特別好，但是還可以接受，因為那個位置總體比較安靜，大海也不吵，人聲車聲都不吵；出門打車很方便，地鐵也不遠，叫外賣啥的都挺方便，而且青島的消費真的不高。總之，比較推薦的一家。

非常不錯的住宿，女主人非常熱情，也非常善良，給我們推薦的民國海鮮水餃特別好吃，給整個旅程增加了樂趣，出門右拐彎十分鐘到達第一海水浴場，孩子玩了四天，每天都去海邊玩耍，旅店非常安靜整個小院非常安靜富有生氣😊😊😊😊謝謝這家店的熱情謝謝這麼好的服務，她家芝士蛋糕非常好吃，還有冷麪，還有餛飩都非常乾淨衞生，這趟海邊孩子還有我們玩的非常爽，下次還來這裏！

我訂的是最便宜的房間，面積不大，一個人、輕裝也夠住。早知道這是老房子改造的民宿，衞浴、空間環境等硬件有心理準備，女主人熱情，為這棟樓、各個房間和外部環境花了很多心思打理。最棒的是有個海景小窗，儘管靠馬路晚上也不吵。淡季住的人不多，所以沒有被隔壁影響的問題。不遠的小區有幾家家常小館子，可以解決吃飯問題。這裏不是最熱門的地方，我倒是很喜歡。壓根就沒想過去五四廣場、嶗山或其他地方，衹在八大關風景區裏轉悠。

就這樣的景色問你，還來不來嘛😁
滙泉路邊，上樓就是房間，下樓就看海邊。各種美女穿梭身旁，就為這青島的藍天碧海。白天可以坐在帳篷裏面喝咖啡，吃點店裡的牛東飯。傍晚時分可以日落。海灘上三五對照婚紗照的，襯託着金色落日緩緩沉沒到岸下。民宿房間不多，但是都可以住下三個人，乾淨整潔，老闆又很熱情。

地理位置絕佳，出門就是海，左右走路10分鐘各是第一和第二海水浴場。身後就是八大關。
周圍吃飯不方便，衹能靠外賣。
價格偏高，和海邊的四星酒店的價格差不多。因為是小洋樓的一個房間，房間比較小，進門就是床了，拉桿箱衹能放在床前。空調直接對着床，吹着不舒服。
房東夫婦服務熱情周到，問什麼都會很高興回答你，還開了咖啡館，整個民宿佈置的很美麗。吃了店裡的蛋糕，味道不錯，價格偏高，兩塊86。
打車非常不方便，揚招司機都不停，我們走的那天等了半小時才有人拉，叫車軟件也叫不到。大家趕車趕飛機一定要早點出門。

老闆娘很熱情，民宿的位置特別好。旁邊就是蝴蝶樓。向兩個方向走10分鐘左右就是海水浴場。沙子細浪花小很適合小朋友們遊玩。以後有機會還想住在這裏

位置特別好，可以散步走過去八大關。小別墅精緻玲瓏，房間雖小但陳設潔凈玲瓏，有個大院子可以坐着觀海喝茶。
