The hotel is very new, the rooms are very clean, and it is quiet. It is not the peak tourist season, so there are not many people on the island, but it was fully booked that night. The cute lady with glasses at the front desk has a very good service attitude. She enthusiastically brought water and helped me choose the room. I was very satisfied with it overall. Warm reminder: The hotel is under renovation, but it is not divided into time periods, so it basically does not affect my rest. I will come again next time

I came here for meetings many times and found this is the only hotel on the island with a suitable price. The room is clean and bright, the bed and pillow are just the right hardness, and I haven't had such a comfortable sleep for a long time.

The hygiene is very poor, there are a lot of hairs on the sheets, the bathroom smells, it's so disgusting, it smells like urine, I guess the last guest urinated in the bathroom, oh, the worst experience, so annoying, the service attitude is poor, no smile, it feels really bad, I will never stay in Vienna again, don't stay here when traveling
