The apar**ent is very comfortable and clean, had everything we needed. All the appliances were modern and worked perfectly. The sea view was fantastic, loved waking up to the sound of the waves. The sea is a short walk away, very convenient. The apar**ent had 3 beds, suitable for a big family or a group of friends. Has a kitchen, a fridge and a washing machine. There is a street of small beach shops and seafood restaurants at the entrance of the community. Highly recommend, will stay there again!

位置很好，停車也很方便，最前排的房子，主卧和一間次卧可以看到海景，房東大姐很熱情，幫忙拿行李。一大家人出行，還是這種家庭式民宿方便，總體感覺挺好的。

房東老哥人真的很好，出來接我們還非要幫忙拿行李🧳，又給我們介紹去哪裡吃飯不被坑，屋子打掃的很乾凈，住的兩居室，海邊第一排，過馬路就是海邊，孩子玩的很開心，我們吃的住的也非常滿意，這個房子是回遷房，小區很安靜，沒有亂七八糟的人來人往，非常滿意，遺憾就是沒能多住幾天，其實黃島住着很安逸，不要求特種兵式打卡的，在金沙灘享受一下慢生活挺好的。下次去還要住這裏😃

房間寬敞明亮，採光很好，也很乾凈整潔，房東人也和藹可親，有求必應，有需要找房東都會很快解決，也很熱心幫忙！我們一共五個人，三個大人兩個孩子，房間很温馨，就跟回家一樣，住的很滿意，孩子大人都很高興，各項設施也很完備，樓下就有超市和賣早點的地方，餐館也很平價，非常滿意的一次出遊，下次來青島還會再來的！高層有電梯，還能看到無敵海景，太完美的房間了！

首先房東是很好的，推薦了好吃的，臨走還送了青島特產。房東人很好，服務也沒毛病。#房間設施一定要説一句的是：沒有電梯！沒有電梯！每天上下樓很不方便。房間老舅，有黑色的黴斑，房頂滴答漏水，廚房刀沒洗乾淨，長黑毛了，不敢用。床多，住的寬敞，床單乾淨，值得表揚！#位置交通位置很好，生活方便，買啥都可，也沒太有景點被坑的感覺。#房間景觀很好，躺床上看海，無可挑剔！

房間乾淨衞生，出小區馬路對面就是大海，非常方便，房東大姐人特別好，早上5點多到，還沒到入住時間，大姐接我們去她家，打擾了好久，走的時候還送我們青島特產，真的是很貼心。

定的海景房，公寓兩室一廳一廚一衞，窗户大，非常乾淨，房間床上用品每天換，每個房間都有窗，兩個卧室和客廳都能看到大海，步行幾分鐘就能到金沙灘海邊。老闆娘和老闆都熱情，到路口接的，幫忙提着行李箱，送了停車優惠券。吃飯推薦我們去的87大咖，就在去金沙灘的路上，來回都經過這個大排檔，味道非常好，價格合適。

有一次性馬桶墊，洗髮水和沐浴露都香香的，海景房，客廳和兩個卧室都有獨立空調，廚房可以做飯，滿意度拉滿。不過密碼鎖這個東西其實我個人並不是很認同，不是針對老闆哦
