民宿靠海，無敵海景房，很温馨很有家的感覺，讓我有畢業後在這裏定居的想法哈哈；房東小姐姐應該很熱愛生活，民宿隨處可以見到證據。

整體條件不錯，位置非常好，靠近小青島，窗外就是琴嶼路的大海，室內裝潢也很文藝清新，房東人很好，給了很多實用建議。除了衞生間可能因為地漏設計問題味兒有點大外其他都很不錯。

在個老小區裏，房子外面有些老舊，要爬三樓，但推開門瞬間被治癒，海景太美了，樓下就是琴嶼路，早上可以看日出，便利店，咖啡店，海鮮大排檔都有，旁邊就是魯迅公園和小青島，到海軍博物館很近，步行5分鐘吧就能到，房東小姐姐非常熱情，屋內設施一應俱全，電磁爐鍋碗調料，還有咖啡壺，贊!

非常喜歡，交通方便，風景美。與海基本零距離，平時不早起的人，六點起來觀海聽濤，太美了。民宿乾淨周到，設施齊全，感謝，這一趟很開心
