離海灘特別近，兩個卧室隔音很好，乾淨，空氣流通，還有一個小院子。
有衞生間，有廚房，設施齊備，也好用。
出門都是叫的車，青島的車來的都比較快，都是五分鐘內到達。
去地鐵中山公園站步行一段。
搭公交車50米外就是站點。晚上不喧鬧

位置極佳，離八大關走路幾分鐘。全程無接觸入住，方便快捷。房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全，空調給力，wifi也很快，還有個小院。早餐可以點外賣，停車可以停在東海大酒店那，總之住的挺舒服，好評！

房間裝修很不錯，既有家的温馨，又有周到的服務，房屋設施都很新，使用起來很順手，尤其是小院子，出去遊玩一天回來，在院中小坐，立刻拂去了疲勞。房東姐姐人很好，真誠善良，想得周到細緻。房子位置也絕佳，出門即木棧道，離浴場近，隨時可以出去玩，沿着木棧道可以一直走去第一、二浴場甚至是奧帆中心，太適合長者和孩子了，因為這所房子，旅途變得更加輕鬆和有意思。下次來還會選擇這裏！

推薦入住：位置非常好，剛好在第一第二浴場中間。清晨的八大關很幽靜！看日出日落很方便。出門就見海！房東容易溝通！唯一的建議是衞生可以加強一下～

✨第一次住民宿，家人有顧慮，不過我看這家評論很不錯。堅持訂了。也很期待。
自助入住，很便捷。
🙋[對於房東，我想説]很周到，提前加了微信，回覆很及時。
💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]離海邊非常近，走出小區門口，過個小馬路，就看見海，沿着海邊木棧道，就能走到第一海水浴場了。
第二個驚喜是有個露天小庭院，種了薄荷，竹子，有空在藤椅上坐坐，挺愜意的。
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]還不錯。
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]設施齊全。有廚房，廚具也全，不過沒有時間買菜做飯了。下次來有時間再做。
下次來青島，還想住。

座標青島八大關景區內 兩室一廳一廚一衞臨海民宿 一間是大床+沙發+陽台+小院 另一間是雙床 我和朋友兩個人住的非常舒適 大床房當放行李的休息室了 小院兒超可愛 有無盡夏和經常來散步的🐦
出門1min見海（P6）離第一浴場步行5min 除了黃島/嶗山之外其他景點全部打車15塊以內 我們第一天從棧橋一路沿海邊走回去的 2km多一點
性價比奇高 房東姐姐人超好 有機會會再去住的！

離海特別近，位於八大關景區，左手第二浴場，右手第一浴場，出門就看到大海，晚霞和落日很美也可以直接下水踩浪，入住很便捷，有問題找老闆，回覆很詳細，有個不錯的院子，可惜這個天氣太曬，沒敢坐外面喝茶，性價比還是不錯的。
