衞生: 房間、床鋪收拾得乾淨衞生。
房東: 熱情周到，有問必答
位置: 一線海景房,天氣好可在房間看日出。房子位於
金沙灘景區，環島騎行位於中間位置，往東岸、西岸都方便。樓下有商業街，吃飯購物方便。
性價比: 節假日有溢價，不過很正常。整體來説可以接受，適合家庭出行。

房子離金沙灘特別近，小區裏面就有海鮮一條街，特別方便；房子很乾凈，還能做飯；房東人也特別好，是來青島值得推薦的住的地方，下次來，還會住在這裏的，也會推薦朋友過來住的，性價比太高了，開心😊

房東人很好，非常熱情，房屋乾淨，居住很便利，離金沙灘很近，坐地鐵也很方便，樓下就可以買到新鮮便宜的海鮮，做飯也很方便，性價比高，長者很喜歡，下次來還會選擇住在這裏～

除了沙發老久看上去不太乾淨，其他都還不錯，有鍋可以自己買來海鮮蒸，我們留下了趕海金屬工具，有想趕海的可去翻石頭。大鍋強比較貴，但海鮮個頭要比煙台前海鮮廣場（可以砍價）的大。

住了40天，體驗非常好。
首先，是海景房。在房間可以可以直接看到大海，每天的海景都映入眼簾，海景配合陽光，十分滋養人的心靈。
其次，房間很舒適。去的時候還有暖氣，同時鍋碗瓢盆、燃氣、洗浴、電視一應俱全，像是回到家中。
再次，特別好的房東姐姐。有問題快速回復，態度和藹可親，而且能盡最大的能力幫助房客，這讓我在異鄉能夠感受到人文關懷。
綜上，青島很好，以後還會再來，再來還會住在這裏！（附上一些生活的美景）

很大很寬敞，而且超級乾淨，能把這麼大的屋子收拾的一塵不染，房東真是太厲害了，佩服！而且位置也很滿意，隨便走幾步路就到商街和海邊金沙灘，玩累了就隨時回屋休息，餓了就隨時買菜做飯，非常方便，完全不會在出遊時有什麼交通方面的煩惱，離啤酒節廣場和大劇院也很近，位置好找不會走丟。去海邊玩完衣服的清潔和晾曬也很方便，而且房東姐姐也很實在，有問必答，服務態度好。真的來金沙灘遊玩非常推薦這家公寓，簡直完美！

帶着全家出行，特意選擇了一家名宿，能住下一家人，但是一進來小區感覺回到了北方，離海邊很近，但是距離地鐵站打車要10塊錢左右，全家出行如果沒有車的情況下，不推薦住這裏，衹想在海邊玩可以來這裏，民宿的設施不如酒店齊全，環境還可以，選擇距離海邊第二排的房子，能看到大海，這點還不錯！

環境好，位置好，距離沙灘超級近，周邊吃喝玩樂全都有，還有美食一條街，房東人也特別好，房間陽台可以看到海邊，妥妥的海景房，住着很舒服

性價比很高的房間，面積很大，採光很好，主卧可以看到海，住得很舒服，衞生狀況也還不錯。如果衞生間可以乾濕分離，增加一次性毛巾和馬桶墊之類的物品就更好了。
