之前住過很多酒店式公寓最大的問題就是衞生問題，可是這家的房間很乾凈，完全沒有衞生死角，相較別的反倒更滿意這一點。離地鐵口特別近，樓下吃東西也很方便，台東步行街走路也就十分鐘。特別強調！一定是來Downtown看演出的首選哦！感謝幫我們免費升級的小姐姐~

設施俱全，衞生整潔，公寓位置就在青啤博物館旁邊，高層的景觀非常好，1號2號4號地鐵都是可以步行到達的距離，無論是去台東步行街吃飯遛彎還是去老城區的景點都很方便！老闆小姐姐很熱情，非常nice！

房間空間很大，而且打掃的非常乾淨，設施也十分齊全，個人用品也準備的很充足，各方面都非常滿意，公寓樓下就有便利店，買東西也十分方便，距離周邊的景點也很近，下次來青島還會選擇這裏，推薦。👍🏻👍🏻

乾淨衞生，設施齊全，房東人也很好，地理位置也不錯，去哪兒都很方便，地鐵站就在樓下，在房間就可以看到啤酒博物館！而且空間還是挺大的，孩子跑來跑去也很安全

訂之前看這家零差評，自己住了之後果然名不虛傳。
設施：小姐姐買的設施都是很好的牌子，不是敷衍的，看出來裝修是花了很多心血的，那麼多個電位真捨得哈哈哈哈，款式也是現在火的網紅款，很nice
衞生：感覺很乾凈放心，備品非常充分，不像有的民宿住好幾天就手指細的紙巾，還要動不動喊老闆補貨，重點是它竟然連一次性馬桶墊都有提供，感人。
環境：位置很好，離地鐵很近，樓也很新，樓下門衞管的很嚴，外賣統一放外賣櫃裏。
服務：隨時在線，有疑問隨時解答，非常完美。
如果一定要挑個問題就是樓體不太隔音，第一天沒發現，後來發現別人走樓梯的聲音聽的很輕，不過也不會有幾次，不影響。
總之，這個裝修這個位置這個環境，又衞生價格又不貴，真的很香

房東小姐姐很熱情，會提前來加微信溝通事宜，很細心温柔耐心的小姐姐！因為我們來的太早了還免費升級了房型，房間帶投影，智能家居，一次性用品齊全，沙發和榻榻米很舒服！房間乾淨衞生，位置也很好，旁邊就是台東步行街和青島啤酒博物館，下樓走幾步就是地鐵站，總體來説入住體驗很不錯，為這次青島旅遊增光添彩了！特別適合多人一起出行的夥伴，氛圍很好哦，推薦入住～

公寓房間觀景非常好，可以見到日出，青島的一排標誌性的紅色色屋頂，房間面積很大，很新淨，應該是新裝修不久，雪櫃，洗衣機等設備都是新的，房間見到萬象廣場，遙遠嘅海景，位置在利津地鐵站步行幾分鐘，步行十五分鐘台東夜市，附近就是青島啤酒廠，海鮮一條街。就不遠，就到南山海鮮市場，寵物街。正👍👍👍👍👍😄😄

超級乾淨的複式民宿！備品充足，房東小姐姐人很親切，而且回覆很快讓人安心，民宿到哪都近（步行2分鐘地鐵站/步行5分鐘青島啤酒博物館/步行10分鐘台東夜市/地鐵20分鐘青島北站/打車到海邊也衹要12塊）愛上青島這座城市，下次還會再來～😌
