房間乾淨整潔，晚上睡覺周圍也很安靜。我們從雲南過來住安順的話還得往回返，晴隆縣距離黃果樹69公里，正好順路。過年帶着老媽和孩子來貴陽遊玩。來到瀑布景區得知2024年屬龍的免景區門票，到小交通是收費。老媽過了60，小孩不到1.4米，最後我們三人都免費。心情非常開心。

設施老舊，房間有股味道。門把手斷的前台説能打開，我開了半天沒打開還把中指劃了一個口子，後來還是阿姨拿東西過來包着把手才打開的。那個床單上還是一些黑色印記，開車太累有點晚了不是真的要換一個

作為一個山城古鎮，酒店設施服務都跟得上。但停車是個問題，需要政府統一規劃，設一些路邊停車位或停車場（可以合理收費）。

床同牀墊不配套，坐在床尾床頭就翹起來，很多配套都有問題，很舊，破破爛爛的，桌面很多灰塵，地上也很臟。少有如家酒店這麼差的。
