酒店周邊環境真心不錯，早餐品質不錯，也許冬季&疫情原因，整體較為冷清，如果有藍天的話，一定更美更舒心

不掛星的酒店，硬件還OK，就是服務還是差點事兒～淡季人員配備的還是不足，有經理在的時候才感覺服務員都緊張起來了。
住的套房，面積很大，樓層高，空調製冷制暖抽濕都不錯。沒有私享沙灘，天氣冷，水上樂園也沒開，酒店來度假的人基本上沒幾個，我們也是自駕遊在這裏中轉休息一下。

先給結論：非常爛的酒店！注意避雷。房間情況：潮味，黴味，阿姨打掃衞生把我電動牙刷保護殼扔了，並且沒有任何賠償。周邊環境：沒什麼吃的可吃的外賣，酒店價格就是宰遊客的。酒店服務：吃早餐的時候旁麪點廚師在擤鼻涕。開發票開錯了，重新開發票耽誤了我報銷的時間。從前台到服務員都是一副吊兒郎當表情呆滯的樣子，住的真是無語他媽給無語開門，無語到家了，無語到沒有心情拍任何照片。設施服務：酒店熱水最多衹能提供20min持續用水，也就是你洗澡超過20min就沒熱水要重新燒水！

優點:服務態度還算不錯。
缺點:
1、紗窗永遠是爛的。
你開始我以為這個酒店衹是舊，價格上看應該也不會太破舊，結果沒想到那麼舊。先看一個房間紗窗是壞的。我給前台説，前台詭異的一笑説另外給我開一間，結果紗窗還是壞的。喊工人來修，根本修不好，最後放棄了。
2、真的衹是個破舊的公寓酒店。一棟樓裏有幾家公寓酒店，我錯誤的以為這個是官方的就應該好些。結果衹是價格比別人貴，房間並沒有比別人好，房間里居然還有不能用的電磁爐。
3、最重要的一點，居然熱水是燒電的！！！！！
洗一會兒就沒熱水了！！！而浴室裏卻有一個浴缸。這幾天博鰲比較冷，我女兒有天受涼了，我説讓她泡個熱水澡，結果放了一半熱水，沒了。硬等半小時，反而更着了涼。
4、看照片吧，窗簾是破的。地永遠拖不乾淨，讓保潔阿姨來拖了地，一幹了就這樣。
總的來説，非常不值。。。。唉。。。。

太棒了，沒有給家人訂到好的房型。沒想到入住的時候前台小姐姐主動幫我們升級，兩間房都升級了。家人們住的很舒服，酒店環境乾淨整潔，房間面積也大。交通便利 附件博鰲鎮和潭門漁港吃的東西也多，下次家人朋友來玩，還幫他們定在這。就是忘記拍房間的照片。

算是博鰲裏比較好的高層海景酒店了，雖然是有點時間的酒店但服務很不錯。酒店園區很大，户外有個水上樂園和漂流，床品舒服，早餐廳的環境很好，就是沒有送餐服務，這一點可以完善就更好了。

非常棒的酒店，工作人員服務態度很好，有問題都積極響應及時幫忙處理，入住很愉快，離海很近，步行幾分鐘就到了，沙灘乾淨沙子很細，小朋友玩的很嗨！下次有機會再過來

五一要上班，這兩天帶小朋友來玩。這裏特別適合玩水。雖然酒店有點年頭了，但還是比較乾淨舒適。但水上樂園的確是特色。還有小朋友滑滑梯和水寨。閤家歡還是很不錯的。
