Plus, there's a projector with free membership access to tons of movies. The area around is quiet too, truly enjoyable! If my schedule wasn't so tight, I would've loved to stay another night."

Towels and bath towels are disposable – very thoughtful. Contact the owner anytime you need anything; they're always online! 👍🏻 Disposable slippers are provided in the room, but for hygiene reasons, there are no shower slippers available, so please bring your own. The location is excellent; it's one of the closest guesthouses to the beach in Bo'ao. Just across from the Jade Belt Hotel is the Sea Story Street, a very pleasant and comfortable beachfront area with a charming, rustic artistic atmosphere. Walking along the Sea Story restaurant street, every step reveals a beautiful view – perfect for taking stunning photos! The restaurants nearby are all similar in style; you can enjoy the sea breeze and delicious food while sitting on the viewing platform – truly delightful! It's worth strolling around!"

BOAO HUAFENGSHIJIA HOTEL
"During my business trip to Hainan, I stayed at the Huafeng Shijia Hotel. The experience was severely substandard compared to five-star standards. On my first day, while eating the fruit provided by room service, I discovered obvious mold on the wooden spoon, with blackened edges and a sticky feel. This seriously violated food hygiene and safety standards, raising serious concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and management, and directly impacting my confidence in the safety of subsequent meals. Even more bizarrely, on the second night, around 10 PM, the power suddenly went out without any prior notice. The air conditioning, lighting, and heating were unusable, especially since I was showering, causing significant distress and inconvenience. As a five-star hotel, the emergency response and notification mechanisms for a sudden power outage were clearly lacking, and no reasonable explanation or solution was provided promptly. After being notified by phone, someone came and informed me of the power outage [nervous]. The hotel's brand reputation and five-star positioning raised my expectations very high, but the actual experience revealed serious problems such as substandard hygiene and inadequate facilities. I was extremely disappointed and couldn't understand why the hotel was in such a chaotic state. This severely impacted my work efficiency and mood during my business trip!"

She was incredibly attentive and thorough in understanding our needs, and her responses were remarkably prompt – it felt like she always had her phone in hand! Polite and patient, she made the first stop of our Hainan trip a delightful experience. It’s a wonderful hotel with wonderful staff; I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit."

The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff was incredibly warm and thoughtful, even reminding us to dress warmly for the beach. It was such a heartwarming gesture! They also proactively upgraded us to a sea-view room. The hotel is very close to 'The Story of the Sea' – just a few minutes' walk to the beach. It's also a short walk to the city center. From the room, you can see the ocean and the Bo'ao Tower. This hotel is definitely worth staying at!"

"Took my family there, and the entire experience was fantastic. Our butler, Zoe, was incredibly nice and gave us lots of practical dining and sightseeing recommendations. Responses and service were always quick. All the staff we encountered were warm and polite. The place was clean and hygienic, breakfast was delicious, the scenery was beautiful, and it was great for photos."

"The location of the hotel is very convenient. It only takes a few minutes to get to the airport and the railway station, and about 10 minutes to get to Lecheng Medical District. The rooms are all smart, and the smart toilet with heating is very useful. The service provided by the front desk lady was very good. A buffet breakfast was also offered, with more than a dozen kinds of food, such as coffee, fruit, yogurt, fried rice, etc. There were not many, but they were healthy and nutritious. Overall, it was a very good hotel and worth recommending."

They even delivered it to our room when we didn't feel like going out. However, the cafe downstairs is absolutely stunning and perfect for photos, so we mostly hung out there."
