工作人員的服務非常熱情，前台登記的時候會掃碼加個微信，有什麼事兒都會及時通知你，你要是落了什麼東西也會跟你説。像換個床單啊、商量晚一個小時、半個小時退房啊都沒有問題。我的總體評價是一家落魄了的星級酒店，畢竟東北經濟不景氣，去的人也少。大樓入口上面還有以前酒店名稱的痕跡呢。酒店前台在17樓。訂房的時候攜程顯示可以延遲退房，但是不行。

房間很大，很乾凈整潔每天還可以叫保潔過來打掃，服務態度特別好，酒店位置很不錯旁邊好幾個商場，小吃街，早市離得也近，住了這個酒店以後懶得再找別的了，續住了好幾天，物美價廉。設施齊全在酒店裡吃燒烤外賣也放的很開！祝老闆生意興隆！

非常好的一次住宿！房間乾淨整潔，寬敞明亮，設施齊全！地理位置非常優越，位於齊齊哈爾的市中心，四通八達到哪裡都方便，距離火車站也不遠，距離古老的龍沙公園、夜市、早市、第一醫院步行用不了10分鐘，大商新瑪特百貨大樓更是近在咫尺！特別是老闆非常熱情好客，給我們提供了好多出行建議，好評！必須好評！
