"I booked blindly online. Everyone at the front desk was very nice, polite and enthusiastic. The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a few minutes' walk from the shuttle bus to Zhalong Scenic Area, very close to the night market and Fatty Fu. There is a supermarket, coffee and KFC opposite, and a pub nearby, which is very convenient. There is also airport pick-up and drop-off service, souvenirs when you leave the hotel, and fresh fruits delivered every day. I am very satisfied."

We left early the next morning and didn't have breakfast. We asked the front desk to take away breakfast and it was prepared the next morning, as well as hot porridge and fruit."

"I went to Qiqihar to see the giant cranes of Zhalong and decided to book the Lakeside Hotel, a very established hotel in the area. The hotel upgraded my room for free. The hotel had a fantastic view, and Longsha Park, the first park built during the Qing Dynasty, was not far away. The hotel's own garden was also beautiful, but note that the two are not connected. The room service was quite good. The only drawback was the limited selection of breakfast items, and the lack of a plate warmer. With the weather getting cold, I suggest they improve on this."
