"The hotel is old, with only one elevator and more than ten floors. There was no room for breakfast in the morning due to the crowds, so I went upstairs and waited until the peak hours were over before coming down. The front desk staff were friendly, and there was a parking lot in the back. Later, I discovered a hidden elevator, but it was still packed. Having two elevators for so many rooms during peak hours is a real headache."

There is also a Tmall Genie speaker in the room that can control the curtains, TV and lights. There are also clean bathrobes and disposable towels. There is also a gift when you leave the hotel. "The service was exceptional and incredibly thoughtful. The room exceeded my expectations; it was spotless, very spacious, and had a wonderfully artistic decor. I've already recommended it to friends, and they're planning to stay here too. Checking out was a pleasant surprise with a small gift – a fridge magnet, which was perfect since I hadn't bought one yet! Almost forgot, there was also a free afternoon tea."

"The room is very spacious, with separate bathroom and bedroom. The decoration is old-fashioned and classic. I saw online that the decoration style is warm and sunny, suitable for children, and there is afternoon tea, so I booked this hotel. The children liked it very much. They had afternoon tea with snacks and jelly. Although the taste was average, the children were very happy. The girl Yueyue at the front desk was very enthusiastic. We left early the next morning and didn't have breakfast. We asked the front desk to take away breakfast and it was prepared the next morning, as well as hot porridge and fruit."

"Overall, it was excellent. The hotel environment was particularly nice. The rooms were large and comfortable, the beds were also very comfortable, and it was next to Longsha Park with many restaurants nearby. The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the service was excellent. The only minor drawbacks were that the toilet had a persistent odor, and the hairdryer couldn't be used for too long."

There was a Dining room but must of all the Staff were all simply amazing. They were extremely helpful and very pleasant at all times"

"The bathroom smelled of urine. The cleaners sprayed deodorant but the smell was still there. The bathroom was not drained properly and it was easy to slip if there was stagnant water. There were no anti-slip points. It was said that the children were not given snacks as gifts, so I sent them if I wrote. Everything is gone. The experience is very bad. Everything else is fine. I just can’t stand the smell of urine in the bathroom. It’s all so small. Hygienic intolerable"

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 1-minute walk to the bus stop, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Service: The front desk staff were warm and efficient, proactively helping with room arrangements. The breakfast selection was plentiful, with both local specialties and Western options, and the food was delicious. Overall, it's great value for money, and the attention to detail is evident throughout. It's on my must-stay list and I highly recommend it!"
