"The breakfast lady was rude. She gave us a long face and grumbled, telling us to go and grab the food. Even though we arrived early, she threw tissue boxes around and acted aggressively in front of us. I've always liked Baiyun Hotel; the service is always excellent, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. But this breakfast lady will make Baiyun Hotel lose the trust of its guests. I won't consider staying here again. She severely damaged our impression of Qiqihar."

"This is a newly opened hotel with a particularly good experience. It is clean and hygienic. They also provide soda and fruit. There is also a Tmall Genie speaker in the room that can control the curtains, TV and lights. There are also clean bathrobes and disposable towels. There is also a gift when you leave the hotel. I will come to your house next time I am on a business trip. Keep up the good reviews."

Checking out was a pleasant surprise with a small gift – a fridge magnet, which was perfect since I hadn't bought one yet! Almost forgot, there was also a free afternoon tea."

"I chose this hotel because of the "Chaoman" brand, but the windows facing the street were extremely poorly soundproofed. It felt like sleeping on the street at night. I could only fall asleep in the early morning when there was no traffic, and I was woken up again around 4 AM by cars – it was a disaster! I contacted customer service to change rooms that night, but was told there were no twin rooms available. Around 11 PM, I couldn't stand it anymore and asked if I could add a room, but was refused. Customer service said they would provide earplugs. Seriously, I'm on a holiday trip looking for a good time, and I have to pay double the price to sleep with earplugs? Is this how they help customers solve problems? A truly conscientious company should be wholeheartedly considerate of its customers! I suggest the hotel manager try staying in a room facing the street and experience it for themselves! If the hotel's windows aren't properly sealed, they should inform guests upon check-in! The hotel didn't show any sincerity in handling the situation afterward. I ended up taking a nap in my car with dark circles under my eyes this morning."

"The hotel is in a great location, in the old city center, and convenient to go anywhere. The room is very clean! The breakfast is very rich, better than ordinary international chain five-star hotels. Xiao Li at the front desk was very considerate. Seeing that we brought two children, he upgraded the room type and gave us breakfast. The gym on the top floor was converted from a revolving restaurant. It has a great view and the equipment is all first-line big brands, very new, superb! I saw a rainbow by the window on the last morning~"

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 1-minute walk to the bus stop, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Service: The front desk staff were warm and efficient, proactively helping with room arrangements. The breakfast selection was plentiful, with both local specialties and Western options, and the food was delicious. Overall, it's great value for money, and the attention to detail is evident throughout. It's on my must-stay list and I highly recommend it!"

There was a Dining room but must of all the Staff were all simply amazing. They were extremely helpful and very pleasant at all times"
