47 Degree North Hot Spring Hotel (Qiqihar Medical College Wanda Plaza Branch)

"There is hot spring available, it doesn’t mention while booking. The swimming pool is not within the precinct with extra charge, and parents are not permitted to go in. The room is not clean at all, hair is everywhere, the toilet is not flushable. Our request to stay away from the lift is not being considered. Our room is straight next to the lift. The room has odour with smoke smell. The lights are not bright at all, the power points are not working properly. The 2nd floor is supposed to be for entertainment but it’s not functioning. There is also Under construction happening near the hotel, which is very loud. We basically stayed in the room for about 15mins and checked out. We requested to refund, but they rejected. Not a great experience, not recommended."

"It was raining [next door] and there was a leak in the room that needed repair. We were asked to change rooms during the afternoon break after working late at night because we were staying for two days and had a lot of things spread out. I asked the front desk how long the repair would take and if we could not change rooms, but was politely refused. They told me that they could help me move a lot of things... In this case, I chose to check out early, but the front desk told me that I didn't need to change rooms, which was speechless. I booked for 2 days and left after staying for 1 day. I felt very bad. Let me tell you about my experience living here for a day. The hotel is newly opened, in a commercial service building in the community. Hanting is on the 1st to 3rd floors, and All Seasons is on the 4th to 6th floors. As for parking, there are parking spaces at the door, but they are shared with Hanting, residents of the community and merchants. It is ok during the day, but there will be no spaces if you come back late. As for the environment, since it is newly opened, the overall cleanliness is very high, but there is a heavier smell of decoration, and combined with the aromatherapy, the smell is really hard to describe. Qiqihar is a nice city, but I won't come to this hotel again."

"Very clean, new and modern hotel. Location is great with a major shopping centre in walking distance and  a walking distance bus stop. Great lighting with various options for lights such as business lights, bright lights and so on. Smart room where the curtains and toilet are automatic. Room is very clean, relatively large with a very comfortable bed. Hotel is very safe where you will need to scan your room card in the lift to use the lift. The breakfast buffet is also excellent, there was a variety of food options and the food options rotate every day. Even though they have central heating and say they cannot turn the heating off, they can and you can also open the window. So basically you can regulate your own room temperature. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, would stay again."

Homeinn Plus Hotel (Qiqihar High-speed Railway Station Hecheng Park)

"I was hoping to sleep in, but the sound of a power drill woke me up at 8 a.m. I called the front desk to ask when the renovations would be finished, and they said it would last from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.... I couldn't sleep, so I had to check out. The air conditioning only cooled, not heated, and the bathroom ceiling light was too dark for makeup application. Are there any advantages or disadvantages? I can't imagine."

"The hotel is clean, tidy and comfortable, cost-effective and relatively new. The only thing is that the bath towels are a bit old, if they can be better at a new point. Overall it is very good. Good service attitude."

"When I was washing up at night, I found two tubes of toothpaste that had been used, and there was also half a bottle of mineral water on the table that should have been left by the previous resident.
