Starway hotel (ex Jingdu) has perfect location 2 min walking to the nice park. Room cosy and huge with comfortable bed. Unfortunately, but breakfast meny is poor.

Considering the price, this configuration is very affordable. The only drawback is that the central air-conditioning machine is too loud and affects sleep.
