1.衞生差。這就是你們打掃完的房間嗎？茶杯不洗 鞋子不收 進來就疊了個被子，啥也不幹，那還要保潔幹什麼？
對面房間打掃開着門正好看了一下，保潔人員開着電視 一邊看一邊收，看到好看的還停下看會兒電視，真的誇張！
2.服務態度極其不好！國內期間坐地漲價，前台主管和經理兩個人，昨天説好的價格第二天就不認賬，第一次見這麼多人來 沒賺過錢是吧？就該被工商管理局嚴查！
3.早餐難吃，品種少，特別一般。好歹也是個高檔酒店，怎麼會做的這麼難吃的！！
4. 裝修老舊。
綜上 這家要不是因國內訂不到酒店，堅決不會來的一家店！這趟旅行非常不好的體驗有一半是酒店造成的！

家裡親戚來了，預訂了這個酒店，家裡人反應酒店不錯，早餐自費兩份一共116，家人反應不錯，過幾天有朋友來，還會再來的預訂的。

部屋は広めで、清潔感のある部屋だった。2泊したが、2日目の夜にフルーツのサービスがあった。
設備は少し古めで、窓のロックが壊れていた。15階の部屋だったが、外の音が気になった。
大きなホテルだが、外国のクレジットカードが使えなかった。
