第一衞生，床上的那麼大塊灰印子，是掀開被子床單上面的，也不是一點，要是一點也就將就了，那麼大片灰，要求換床單説保潔下班了，然後沒處理
第二退房時間問題，我攜程訂的訂單是1點退房，然後他們發微信説給好評從12點延長到1點，現在靠這個方法刷好評嗎？你家好評就這麼來的是吧？你商家那一端應該能看到這些幾點退房的訊息吧，退一步講，你如果看不到，那我給你説了我訂單是1點的退房，你就一個勁問我要截圖截圖截圖，我真希望這個照片是個實物，然後呼你臉上

位置靠近馬路，樓下就是吃的店，吃的東西很多，地理位置去哪裡都方便。房間衞生可以，這個價格性價比是比較高的，適合出差人士居住。

房間不大，設施設備算基礎款，中規中矩吧。雖然做好了隔音差的心理準備，但是早上被隔壁的鼾聲吵醒的感受，還是不太舒服的！店家服務不錯，有問必答，回覆快。綜合性價比還行。。

房間的廁所有股潮潮的味道 浴室門口也沒有墊子 洗個澡會弄得房間裏都是水 並且床單上會有不明黃色污漬 尤其是隔音！！巨無敵差！！房間設計和隔斷房一樣！不知道是隔壁還是樓上，對方洗澡的聲音聽的一清二楚，講話的每個字都能聽見，窗户還關不緊，努力關上還是能聽到，樓上説話説到凌晨2點，我就失眠到2點，從來沒住過隔音這麼差的房子！感覺就像樓上的人就在耳邊説話一樣！！！踩雷踩雷！一輩子不會再來了！！！

位置很好找的到，交通很方便，樓下就有公交車站，滴滴也很快，路邊還有出租車，房間乾淨整潔，無異味，床品很舒服，睡的很香，店家小哥哥都很熱情，耐心幫我解答問題，免費的看電影VIP,值得點贊

隔音不好，位置在馬路邊，會聽到走廊聲音，去的時候走廊有人在聊天，聽的很清楚，隔壁房客輸密碼都能聽到，客服有耐心迴應就是了，最後給我們房間加時了，密碼的話設定不夠穩定，輸了好多次都不對，花灑壞了，滋了一身

這是住的最滿意的一次民宿，衞生乾淨，周邊交通方便，離萬達和領show都很近附近吃喝玩樂方便，美食一條街，很多有名的小吃都在附近，投影是亮點，很多電影不用付費都可以看，浴室花灑很大，水量充足，洗着很舒服，毛巾、浴巾都是一次性的，贊
