Nice stay at this House
We got to stay at a comfy little room on 3rd floor, just upstairs of owner’s room.
So it’s quite convenient and feel safe
The host also treat us free breakfast and homemade lunch. A next level of welcoming!

This place was great! The owners are extremely friendly and their daughter speaks perfect English. The location is very convenient for traveling down West Street. The entrance is difficult to find, so call the owner when you reach the location (super market) and he will come get you. Enjoy Quanzhou!

總體並不滿意,性價比不高，或者可以説是你隨便找家垃圾一點的酒店都比這邊好。一開始過去的時候攜程上的酒店電話就打不通，我都不知道該怎麼找到這家民宿，後來還是小夥伴在地圖軟件上找到的電話打過去的，然後到地方一樓是廠房，過去的時候就有些嚇到我了，二樓他們自家住，3樓就是民宿的地點隔斷了好幾個房間，房間很小，佈置的還行，但鋪滿整個房間的地毯怎麼打掃也不會乾淨，裏面薰了香薰，但聞起來是一種劣質的香味甚至有些刺鼻，我們開窗散了好久才散掉，房間裏衞生間也很小，不配置牙刷（我後面去了其他酒店是有配的），而且洗澡的話還得站蹲坑上面洗，超級小，客廳的位置佈置的倒不錯但確是公共區域，如果是在房間裏可能就會是好評，總的來説十分不滿意，也就是位置還行離開元寺、西街近（西街是條小吃街，可以逛開元寺順路逛逛），就説這麼多吧

#位置交通泉州高鐵站坐公交過去衹要半個鍾，雖然在巷子裏面，但是走出來不到300米就有公交車站，以及可以招手坐小白。附近有個開元廣場，超市吃飯都很方便。這裏離西湖公園，開元寺西街很近！#房間設施一樓東西比較雜，不過3樓樓上房間佈置OK，主要是洗手間乾淨！老闆一家住2樓，有事情可以下樓找。天台養了好多植物，如果在天台放套桌椅喝茶聊天會很舒服。#早餐可以吃老闆做的滷麪和酥肉，衹點了麪，但是好好吃，15元也很實惠#WIFI白天好用，晚上不知道為啥信號不是很好。然後連了別人家的哈哈哈#床因為10月中了，其實被子有點薄了哈。#性價比因為馬上要開始新工作了，剛好有空想過來泉州玩，可是朋友沒時間，這次是第一次一人遊，説實話訂民宿，出於安全有賭的成分在。不過多慮了，民宿老闆一家人都很好。樓下養了哈士奇和小黑狗，聽小姐姐説哈士奇生病瞎了，然後又因為身體狀態，現在走路也很難，而且也曾經被遺棄過。😮💨希望它能好好活着振作下去。小黑狗好像叫小🐻，沖我叫了兩雙三次，後來進進出出的它就不對我叫了🤣，好像會認人。最後退房要走了，老闆和老闆娘都叫我走好，注意安全。泉州好棒啊，下次會帶家人一起過來玩！

第一次來泉州，雖然衹待了一天，對泉州的印象很好，喜歡泉州的特色小吃和當地文化街景，民宿沒有臨街和招牌，需要打電話給房東領進小巷，房間比較乾淨，小而美，離西街很近（走路15分鐘左右）阿姨很温暖，特別是醋肉和滷麪很有媽媽的味道，希望小築一直順利營業下去！希望阿姨一直健康！

房間很整潔乾淨，衞生間也超乾淨，叔叔阿姨人也超級好，打破了花瓶還笑嘻嘻的跟我説沒事。房間空間也很大，在泉州住了幾晚第一次住到這麼舒心的民宿，嘎嘎沖。忘記拍照了，但是真的很不錯啊啊啊

來泉州四天，都住在這裏。
第一:地理位置，這個民宿是在巷子裏面，如果你選擇這裏住，到了導航的終點位置一定要打電話給老闆，要不你真的找不到。這裏離老城區的西街、開元寺之類的景點很近，第一天步行來着，兩個人悠閑的走，15分鐘左右。不願意走，可以約小白，這裡在小白的搭載範圍內；距離清源山，開車10分鐘的路程，距離晉江、石獅，開車一個小時。
第二:房間佈置:不是很大，但是兩人足夠了，很乾凈也很温馨。兩個榻榻米中間的空間，可以讓兩人喝點茶喝點酒都沒有問題。洗澡的話，出水也ok，熱水器足夠大，兩人洗沒問題。重點是，床很舒服~
第三:老闆和老闆娘:兩人真的很好，我們租了個車子，但是這裏真心不好停車，然後老闆會記掛這件事，讓我們回來前給他打電話，他幫忙去找地方。中間還會約我們一起喝酒，可惜我和姐姐去看龔琳娜的音樂會了，否則一定不會辜負。我們來時忘帶了遮陽傘，熨燙機，老闆也幫忙提供，真的很贊。唯一可惜的是沒有嚐到老闆做的麪條，如果有機會一定還要來這裏嚐嚐~
這是我第一次來泉州，記得我在選酒店的時候也迷茫了半天，最後選擇了這家，所以如果我的評論能幫你，想來也是一件有意義的事~
