We only stayed as a 1 night stop over, however, the rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly.

The front evening manager Brian is a wonderful person.
He assigned us a room that had not been cleaned
Apologized many times and found another room more convenient for our wheelchair son.
A used towel was not removed from closet ,
Not sure what is going on with house keeping!!!!
Also the small chair is visibly broken and was not removed.
On this night your lobby check in manager
Was your only saving grace.
The house keeping dropped the ball.

Hot tub is not in service in the room you can only use to shower I don’t understand why advertise something and is not working bad horrible

The front desk guy was great made our stay great. Helped us out with anything we needed. Definitely recommend! Very clean and neat establishment

We did not get housekeeping servive, they knocked on my door once at 9:30. So i emptied my own garbage and ask for bags they told me right away snd never came. Also we had a king bed with 4 flat toss toom we had 4 toss pillows as bed pillows when we asked for more they toldvus they didnt have any.

Bed extremely comfy, furnishing new and full of counter space. Bathroom is clean. AC and microwave are old. Overall plus more than minus.

The beds were so comfortable I didn’t want to leave. I was disappointed with the breakfast. Nothing hot except instant oatmeal but there was no microwave to cook it in the breakfast corner.
