The hotel room is large and clean, very old, very stylish and the heating is not very good. Breakfast is not particularly rich, enough to eat. There is an underground parking lot, and there are not many delicious foods around. Turkish food, Middle Eastern restaurants, and small town shops are closed very early. It takes an hour and a half to take the RE to Munich.

The location was perfect for our purpose and this was the main reason we chose this hotel. It is a bit outdated, the style and furniture. My room was spacious and clean, but pretty basic, without fridge/mini-bar, safe or kettle/coffee-machine, which would be my expectations for a 4-star hotel. The bed was decent; however, pillows were pretty horrible, either too stiff or already disintegrated due to washing. The really odd thing, and possibly not according to the safety standards, was having plugs and switches on the bed headboard on the spot just behind pillows (I spotted this on the second day), like someone while assembling the headboard put together two left sides of the headboard by mistake. The breakfast was excellent, variety of hot and cold dishes, everything delicious, my favourite Pretzels of course. You could order your coffees according to your preferences. Wifi functioned nicely, but be aware that the password changes weekly so be advised to take note when avoiding to go the reception again and trying to figure out why the password doesn’t work anymore. The staff was professional and friendly. Good choice for short travelling.

The ”President Suite” included a kind of room or conference room with additional seat, outfit with direct view to the Dom. Separate second toilet, a lot of room in cabinets. - Quick reception, everything is uncomplicated. A lift for the whole hotel(?), also accessible for disabled from outside. Good cleanliness, here and there it already smells something old. Bed-traject only accessible with card. All the facilities of a 4-Sterne-Hauses have been offered. Since the hotel is directly on the market, it can also be quite noisy out - the Dom sounds first at 7 pm ... - friendly staff, carefully and nice. What is unfortunately clear is the breakfast that looks like ”Gast doesn't come back”, with a sufficient offer, but rather conventional or industrial. I think the breads are not from the craft baker and are not tasted for anything. Coffee is picked up on the Espresso machine. The desire for a soft cooked egg (a good service quality test) was implemented friendly and promptly. The breakfast room looks like a 40 years ago, but there is access to the outdoor area. It is quite noisy and everything is not comfortable; perhaps it should be so. The hotel has come somewhat in the years, but after Corona and now higher costs and inflation you need to have understanding here. The house is not bright. The minibar is empty. The internet always offered a different picture, but it did not work as the TV in the seatside. There are water cookers and espresso machine. The hotel is located about 15 minutes walk from the main railway station and bus station and is well to find. The daughters were satisfied with their small double room. We're not going to come back, but the staff were really worthy. Thank you!

Super Hotel, sowohl die Lage (Nähe Hbf aber auch Nähe Altatadt) als auch extrem freundliches Personal (sowohl an der Rezeption, als auch das Frühstückspersonal). Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kleinkindern da, wir wurden sehr, sehr freunlich behandelt. Das Frühstück war fantastisch, mit guter Qualität, Auswahl und ausreichend nachgefüllt. Das Hotel ist neu (oder frisch rennoviert), ich habe keine Makel gefunden und es wird auf Details geachtet (Gummibärchen an der Rezeption, schöne Dekoration, Kinderstühle im Frühstücksraum, oder z.B. hochwertiges Duschgel im Bad). TOP EMPFEHLENSWERT !!

We visited the hotel for one night.The place is very quiet.We found a free park place near the hotel, but for 15e you can park unter the hotel. Room was very clean and bed was so comfortable 👌 you dont want to stand up anymore. Restaurant -Breakfast very clean and various food. In the future is nice to have one fridge in the room.

Stayed at Ibis Regensberg Centre for a single night as a mid-point stopover between Munich and Prague and couldn't have been happier. Hotel looks as if it was only recently opened and is of a very functional design and the entire place is superbly clean throughout. Stayed on a Sunday night and felt like we were literally the only people here including the adjoining Novotel where we ate. Staff were welcoming and room was roomy with a good bathroom and comfortable bed. CBD is a short walk away. Hard to fault anything with this Ibis Hotel and considering the price paid (less than $100AUD!) I would happily recommend.

Overall this was pretty nice. My only gripes being: 1. 10 EUR parking - here say, parking on the street for free is quite some distance from the hotel. This is a rip off as there is really no other option. 2. Asked for extra pillow: ”We don't have any” - eh? 3. Breakfast - cooked selection was poor, and in Regensburg there was not a sausage in sight. However, would I return? Yes!
