That hotel is horrible , stink , and they dont put clean blanquets and the bathroom no work i let a little note in the desk

The service worker are great it’s just the hotel feels run down. Our shower had no pressure and water temp could easily be too hot or too cold with a slight twist, our cold water faucet knob came off. The diner below had good food for the price. Good location for where our meeting was. Morning was noise with sound of the train. For a Wyndam hotel I thought it would have a fridge as well.

I booked the stay from 1/4 to 1/5 with my name, and we went there. the front desk told us that we need to have all IDs for adults to check in, we were not able to check in, but the front desk told us that they will cancel the booking, so we left and found another casino resort and were able t to check in without any problem. Today I got the notification saying the cancellation request was denied because of my personal reason. I don't know what personal reason causes it? When I put the order, I was not told that the IDs for all adults are required to check in.

It's hard to describe. The hotel facilities are like something out of the 90s; the decor and amenities are outdated, and the curtains couldn't even be fully drawn. The power outlets were loose, so my charging cable wouldn't connect. The check-in guide stated that check-in was after 3 PM, but we arrived at 3:30 PM. The front desk initially said they were still cleaning and would take 30 minutes, but we waited for over an hour and were given a room on the second floor with ventilation facilities right outside the window. We even found small insects on the bed, and the receptionist was incredibly unfriendly and had a blatantly discriminatory attitude towards Chinese people—disgusting! I strongly advise anyone planning a trip to Reno not to be fooled by the promotional photos. This is absolutely the worst hotel I've stayed at during my several trips to the US, bar none!
