"Location is fine. Close by the casinos/Reno event conference, but no homeless. Check in staff was friendly. Room/bedding are consistent with my expectation on a Courtyard. I didn't use the swimming pool but noticed it is pretty small. Parking is $12 a day and in a structure across the street. Overall, it met my expectations and is good."

"This was my second time staying at this hotel! I love it so much and highly recommend it! Unfortunately we didn’t realize that this hotel accepted animals and my 16month old is highly allergic to pet dander . We did talk to someone about this being accommodated in the future. Also I wish there was better food options that weren’t frozen and possibly more accommodating/accessible for allergies . My daughter has a wheat allergy, soy, dairy, egg, to name a few and we practically had to bring our own food for her"

"The hotel is a mid-range hotel in westin. The room is very new and relatively large. The location is in a better area of ​​Reno City. The bed was very comfortable. Some reviews said it was noisy, maybe because the windows were not closed tightly. The public area on the first floor is relatively large.
