Excellent hotel, good location friendly staff. Very big bedroom nice and clean. Very good choice of food for lunch, evening meal and breakfast. Evening meal had freshly cooked prawns and razor clams. Could not fault it. Booked again for next year.

Fantastic hotel. Good food, wonderful beds, very hospitable, friendly staff and neat guests. Spanish animation (we are from the Netherlands) but we thought that was fine. That made it typically Spanish for us. Special thanks to Rosa from the reception who was always there for us with a smile.

El hotel tiene una ubicación ideal. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas y el servicio es magnífico. Una pequeña pega con la ducha fue solventada de inmediato. La atención de los empleados es fabulosa. El desayuno muy completo. Hotel muy recomendable tanto por el establecimiento, la ubicación y el personal.

Pues así es, nuestra quinta estancia en este hotel, dos en este año. Lo tienes todo y su ubicación es extraordinaria, un lugar tranquilo y estratégicamente muy bien situado. Nuestro campo base para disfrutar de este impresionante Parque Natural de Cabo de Gata Níjar. Personal extraordinariamente atento y muy profesional, una limpieza absoluta por parte del servicio de habitaciones y unos camareros y camareras súper profesionales, destaco el servicio de cocina por su talante y por su profesionalidad igualmente, en fin que cada año es una visita fija en nuestro calendario de vacaciones, muchas gracias a todos por hacernos pasar unos días tan placenteros. Objetivo cumplido por vuestra parte.

Está muy bien localizado cerca de la playa y una plaza de restauración. A cabo de Gata se tarda poco en llegar. La piscina tiene un tobogán grande y otro pequeño, suficientes para los niños y nuestra habitación daba a la.piscina con un pequeño jardín con dos hamacas propias y sombrilla. El agua de la ducha sale muy caliente aunque se puede regular sin problema pero sorprende porque normalmente no calientan tanto en otros hoteles. El personal fue muy amable y nos dieron una botella de agua al irnos.

ASQUEROSAMENTE SUCIO, está todo sucísimo, el baño de la habitación olía horriblemente mal, no lo desinfectan, un día ni nos limpiaron la habitación, debajo de la cama lleno de pelusas, las puertas y paredes llenos de chorretones y de manos, los pasillos muy sucias las paredes y el suelo. Muchas sillas del comedor varios días con excrementos de unos pájaros que se colaron y no se limpian al menos en los cuatro días que hemos estado. EXPERIENCIA HORRIBLE EN ESTE HOTEL.

Hemos pasado una noche ya que supuestamente era una parada de paso a nuestro destino pero hemos quedado enamorados del hotel. La atención en recepción, de 10. Te explican todo en todo momento, te dan ventajas para que tu estancia sea más amena. La animación para niños y adultos, otro 10. Miguel Ángel, un crack! Te queremos mucho, tía❤️. La comida, poca variación (la justa para no desperdiciar comida) pero buena para ser un hotel. Un punto a destacar, tienen leches de varios tipos y zona solo celiaca (una tostadora solo para ese tipo de comida). Habitaciones amplias, camas de 1.50m bastante cómodas.

Es un hotel muy recomendable para ir con la familia con niños. Servicio muy amable y atento. A destacar el equipo de animación, las niñas encantadas con participar en todas las actividades. La habitación grande y las camas bastante amplias y cómodas. La comida mejorable.
