The good: the room. The bed was very comfortable, the TV channel selection okay but not great, and the room was big enough. The bad: the other hotel guests. In the afternoon, a man in the hallway arguing with kids and cursing them. People hanging out at the back entrance with aggressive dogs off-leash. Then at night, from 9 pm on, a couple arguing loudly in the hallway, slamming doors and cursing. Around 11:30, I asked them to be quiet, but they didn't stop. That went on until 1:30 am, when I finally fell asleep. Then in the morning, the police came by to evict another couple (not the arguing couple). Would not stay here again. If not for the bed, one star.

We decided to stay after reading the good reviews and had a great experience. The check in process was very friendly and efficient. The room was big with a table and 2 chairs and another lounge chair. The bed/mattress was perfectly comfortable-seems new. The constant fan was smooth and constant, and not annoying at all. Our room faced the back and was quiet. All drains worked as they should. The hallways had an icky odor, but room did not. Plus we could open up the windows for fresh air. It is an older property but very clean. Good value. Just a grab and go breakfast. Frig and microwave in room.
