Ottimo hotel, siamo tornati qui per la seconda volta. Pulito, comodo sia per la spiaggia che per la piscina. All' inclusive veramente completo, cibo abbondante e tante bevande incluse. Personale gentile. Unica cosa che non consiglio è il ristorante asiatico sia per il cibo che per il servizio.

Nice and clean hotel. Beach is not the best, but definitely a plus to have one. Breakfast is great Asked a room service not to clean my room, but they did. As a result I couldn’t find my night guard.. they probably thought it was trash or something. That really disappointed me. But all in all we had a pleasant stay

If this is your first vacation you probably won't mind too much. But I would not book this hotel again. Rooms are definitely old. Not enough outlets. No vanity kit or other amenities in the room to speak of. Tiny tv. Noticeably noisy. Hallways have no sound dampening, my room ended up being above the restaurant so all the noise from the 24/7 restaurant made sleep practically impossible. Tiny bed. Double bed is two tiny beds put together. Very firm mattresses. My first room had a foul odor. Second did not. Overall not a five-star experience. Overpriced for what it is. Food is decent. Pool is good. If you're not planning on spending too much time in your room then choose wisely.

I have to say that this is the most perfect five-star hotel I have ever stayed at. Every employee in the hotel is very welcoming and smiling. The hotel manager also upgraded us to a private pool sea view room for free. The hotel breakfast is great. Give a full score. I strongly recommend that you come here to live, and you can really feel the general treatment of God.

We loved our stay! Would return and would recommend! Food is reasonably priced, delicious & plentiful, pools space is generous, rooms are modern & well kept. Convenience store nearby has all you need. A short walk to the beach & many restaurants. Perfect for all including families.Reception are amazing!! Housekeeping do a good job too! Old town is close and easily accessible.

Fantastic hotel. Would stay here again without any hesitation. The all inclusive food was superb and the best we have ever had (including restaurants) the room with private pool was brilliant, spacious and light. Well stocked mini bar!! My only slight observation would be that some of the hotel needed a bit of minor cosmetic attention (cracks in glass etc) and room housekeeping (sometimes hair and fluff left on floor) but this did not detract from the quality of the overall stay. There were quite a few children around and other reviews suggest plenty for kids to do, however we didn’t take our children on this short stay but believe they may have been slightly bored if they had come along - besides a small pool / slide and play area there did not seem a lot for children. Please keep in mind we were not specifically looking as we were child free so this is not a criticism . Booking of restaurants is essential - download the mitsis app which was a godsend! It features all restaurant menus and concierge so you can add extras. . Super impressed with the hotel!

The room is neat and clean, the bed banner and quilt cover exude a relaxing perfume smell, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows have a sea-view balcony. There are also three buffets a day, with fruits, desserts, and staple foods in many styles, and they are delicious. The residents are basically white people on vacation. A super experience!

Sheraton's brand is tall. On the day of arrival, since the ship arrived at Rhode Island early in the morning, we arrived at the hotel at 7 o'clock, and there were no vacant rooms to check in. The little brother at the front desk informed the room to be prepared first, and would clean up and arrange for us to check in as soon as a guest checks out. The guy at the front desk saw that we were bored while waiting, so he took the initiative to ask us if we needed breakfast, and then took us to have breakfast, that is to say, he gave us a free breakfast, because the order did not include breakfast on the day of check-in, very user-friendly, great Thumbs up!

Very stylish hotel. Photos are not guided in the camera, let's experience it for yourself The menu on the roof is the same as the pool bar, and the recommended dishes are worth trying. Pool bar, different performances every night from Thursday to Sunday, very romantic. The service is of course decent and warm. The hotel also provides mailing services, which is very convenient. You can see the old castle on the roof, which is also very feeling.
