Amazing
BBonniThe hotel is brand new. It’s clean, the bed is more than comfortable, the room is spacious and beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, the gym is amazing, the spa was outstanding, the staff were unbelievable, the location is perfect and there is parking. I can’t say enough amazing things because it really was the perfect adult only hotel. But…. And the only but was that we wanted a swim up pool as described on the websites “Heated swim up” with what looks like in the pictures a double bed into the water. It’s not that at all. There is a regular patio with a table and two chairs and a tiny pool with no sun and the water is an ice bath not fit for human beings unless u do cold plunges. We paid double for this room and it was for nothing. Our friends stayed in a regular room facing the pool and paid half the price. There is a noise from the road so I imagine a higher floor on the opposite side is better because it’s sea facing. But other than that everything was 10/10. The pic I have added was the maximum sun the pool gets so maybe the end room gets a bit of sun in the afternoon. But no bed into the pool.
GGuest UserLocation: Hotel is 15-20 min walk from the bus station drop off from Rhodes and 15-20 mins from the town/ beach. Small market located closed by.
Cleanliness: Hotel and facilities are very clean and in good condition
Service: staff are generally nice. Check-in could be improved to provide guest important details (where and what time is breakfast, internet access, external blinds to block out light in the room, restaurant hours...). Dinner at the restaurant is quite good.
Hotel: it is a small, intimate-feel hotel, pool can feel a little big-brother due to small size
All in all, great stay- welcome drink at arrival is a nice touch, breakfast is great and there is a bag with towels in the room to use at the beach/ pool
GGuest UserSheraton's brand is tall. On the day of arrival, since the ship arrived at Rhode Island early in the morning, we arrived at the hotel at 7 o'clock, and there were no vacant rooms to check in. The little brother at the front desk informed the room to be prepared first, and would clean up and arrange for us to check in as soon as a guest checks out. The guy at the front desk saw that we were bored while waiting, so he took the initiative to ask us if we needed breakfast, and then took us to have breakfast, that is to say, he gave us a free breakfast, because the order did not include breakfast on the day of check-in, very user-friendly, great Thumbs up!
GGuest UserI recommend the hotel to others too! Staff very friendly, clean and tidy. The food needed a little peek, about which we gave feedback and the staff received it excellently and we even got dessert for free. The best breakfast I've ever had anywhere!
GGuest UserThe room I chose was pretty small, with only one seat, and a window to the stairs only.
It was fairly clean but there was a bad smell from the bathroom.
Still, overall value for money.
AAnonymous UserA reasonably welcoming establishment. Common areas are poorly cleaned. Food is poor quality, though quite varied. Plates and glasses often smell bad, even when freshly brought. Deckchairs are scarce, and the pool water is murky.
The accommodation doesn't live up to the advertised 5-star rating.
Excellent waiter service: friendly and always available.
AAnnitaHi, this may seem harsh, but I arrived late, 10 pm, for an early flight the next day. There was a power outage.
After a day of travelling, my phone was low, with no wifi and no power. As a solo traveller, I didn't want to stay in a dark room alone and was fear ful. No attempt was made to warn me of the issue or pre text. I asked the receptionist where i could go for power and she recommended a neighbouring bar. I wandered up the road to find a hotel in the opposite direction and got power there. I felt very vulnerable walking in the night but needed the phone for boarding pass and alarm.
All worked out in the end. When I returned around 1 a.m., power had resumed. The hotel looked quite impressive in the light. And I set my alarm for 3 am. Taxi was booked for 4 am. The receptionist was kind and gave me bottles of water and cake in the morning. Staff were most obliging and helpful it was just an unfortunate incident.
GGuest UserAn extremely satisfying experience!!! Very clean and beautiful. Opening the curtains, you face the sea. It's really happy to walk out barefoot through the back window and feel the hot shore rocks☺️. Breakfast and dinner are very rich. The restaurant is spacious. You can always see butterflies and little cats outside the window. The service attitude is as warm as the sunshine on Rhodes! I'm a little reluctant to leave. Every staff member is very friendly. We will stay here next time!
An absolutely amazing experience! Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully arranged. As soon as you open the curtains, you’re greeted with a stunning view of the sea. Stepping out barefoot through the back window onto the sun-warmed rocks was pure happiness☺️.
Both breakfast and dinner were plentiful and delicious. The restaurant is spacious, and you can always spot butterflies and little cats outside the window. The service was as warm and welcoming as the sunshine on Rhodes!
We honestly didn’t want to leave. Every staff member was incredibly kind and friendly. We’ll definitely stay here again next time!
