Hampton Inn Richmond-South

Hotel was just ok! They are way over priced on their pet policy. 75 per dog? Really. The hotel is not up to a level to charge this much!

nice room

We didn’t realize we would have to pay for parking. I would think ******* would have let us know that. We even had to come with 2 cars. Then the workout room’s temperature was 88 and could not be changed. The clerk from the front desk really tried but it wouldn’t change. Both of the treadmills didn’t work at all. Our bathroom wasn’t very clean. Something had sprayed on the door and the floor was dirty. At breakfast there were no plates , no orange juice and no cream cheese. It was very disappointing for a Hampton!

Hotel is good but you will pay $10 pe rnight to park your car on the property. I did not expect that surprise in a place like Richmond.

Breakfast had good variety. Staff was very helpful. Only downside was the paid parking . I was ot expecting that in an open lot.

Property was perfect for what I needed ..... I did not understand why I had to pay an extra fee to park my car while I was staying at the property
