Unfortunately this was a horrible stay. We have been staying here for many years. This is by far the worst stay. I have never had so many issues. Our door lock and key did not work well for the whole 3 nights. Swiping up to 75 times to get in. We let management know and the technician stated we are swiping it wrong, but it did the same issues when he tried it. Eventually they swapped the door reader but you still had to twist the card sideways to get it to read. Horrible. Then, the tub was very slow to drain. Sink drained slow so using the bathroom was not ideal. The hot tub was scalding hot 104++ for 2 nights even after we asked to have it turned slightly down. Then the 3rd night the hot tub as cold, not even luke warm and very very dirty, no filter running. We specifically stay here for the hot tub and (what use to be the free sit down breakfast), that is now a continental type breakfast. Very disappointing. We asked to talk to a manager but no manager on duty.We will be emailing them. We also only got 1 towel for our room and no room service all 3 nights, probably due to the door lock not working. We were gone during the day. Normally this hotel is awesome and no big issues. It's gone downhill.
