Amazing help from the consierge who greeted me .. felt very safe in the neighborhood as a solo traveler. the room was large and clean.. the bed was so comfortable. I will absolutely stay here again when I return to Rome.

The staff was very accommodating especially when our first room was above construction and they changed us to another room. However the amenities were misleading when it said it had a spa and bar; you had to pay for those. The housekeeping was great; yet they were very loud in the am as the walls were very thin. Also, we had no cable in the second room to watch tv; but not a big deal since we weren’t there to watch tv all day in Rome! But overall it was a great location and great staff!

Room was comfortable and location was great. However, there was no mirror in the room asides from the bathroom mirror that steamed up after showers. A long mirror would be useful.
Also, the walls were very thin, we could hear everything around us. There was also no coffee in the room, only tea.

Nice room, the ventilation for showering was not good leaving the room moist, no coffee in the room but they had tea. Great location, overall nice stay.

Beautiful hotel. The staff are very kind they all speak English and were very considerate. Allowed us to check in early. The spa is fantastic, you have to reserve a time slot to utilize it. The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect, walking distance to everything important. ******* lists it as having a fitness center but there isn’t one just to clarify. We walked around the city enough that it was a non issue though.

Excellent location for train station, we car h the bus to airport.
Great location for shopping and exploring Rome.
Very clean, fresh towels etc.
Staff were helpful and pleasant.
Would recommend and would stay again.
