Clean and comfortable room in a tree-lined street about 15 minutes from metro. Our room had 3 single beds, hanging space, drawers, dressing table and tv. The bathroom had a decent shower with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was in a small room laid out the night before as no-one was on site.It was perfectly adequate with coffee machine, teas, pastries, yogurts and fresh fruit. There were a few restaurants within a short walk but it is mainly a residential area so probably as quiet as Rome gets!

The low score is not for the room despite the dirty walls, the toilet that doesn't work well and a breakfast arranged at best, but for the incorrect behavior of the owner! We booked a junior suite and upon arrival we are given a double… reporting the thing (x message because there is no one waiting) we are told that they can't do anything about it?????? Why do we have to pay the price of the room that we don't have??? After having warned that we would report the fact, the "lady" got upset saying that she was losing us by making us pay the price of the room she assigned us????????? It's absurd, the junior was busy!!! I would like to be able to display the absurd messages he sent us but for privacy it is not possible ...

La struttura è in un bel Palazzo dei primi del novecento . Le Camere sono ampie, comode e curate , i letti sono sufficientemente comodi, tuttavia, tenuto conto che le camere si trovano al piano rialzato, scottano il problema del rumore notturno. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura! La titolare Mara è stata super gentile e disponibile nel consigliarci i posti dove poter mangiare. Il ragazzo Mark della struttura gentile e disponibile sempre! La camera era davvero grande e ben arredata e anche la sala colazioni era piena di cose per fare colazione. In pochi minuti ai poteva raggiungere la metro per spostarsi ma anche a piedi siamo riusciti a raggiungere il centro senza nessun problema! Sicuramente quando torneremo a Roma alloggeremo da loro!
