Best Western Plus Hotel Universo

I was very satisfied with this hotel. The location is great, just about a 3-minute walk from Termini. The room was quite spacious, easily accommodating two large suitcases. The staff were also very nice and allowed us to check in several hours early, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

This was our last stop on our Europe trip, and by far the most comfortable hotel we've stayed in during our three weeks. The room was spacious and bright, well-equipped, and the housekeeping service was warm and attentive. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. The hotel lobby is bright and offers complimentary luggage storage. Next time I'm in Rome, this will definitely be my top choice! 👍

Walking to attractions is a bit of a distance, averaging about 20 minutes. The bed was comfortable, and after drinking a bottle of water from the minibar, I met a friendly manager at checkout~ Overall, the service was really nice!

We booked a family room at the Best Western Plus Hotel Universo in Rome, and it was more like a suite with a main door leading to two separate rooms. This provided excellent privacy, and the rooms were quite spacious. Slippers and drinking water were also provided. The hotel breakfast was truly excellent and very generous, offering a variety of breads, pastries, and even fresh squeezed juices. Most importantly, they had rice, which, combined with the pickled vegetables I brought, made for a delicious meal! The location is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the train station, which has a supermarket and shops. Major attractions like the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps are all within about a 20-minute walk. If you're not in a hurry, you can easily stroll to them.

The hotel is a convenient 8-minute walk from Rome train station. There's a water dispenser for drinking water, and the air conditioning works well. You can walk to major attractions, and there's a supermarket nearby. However, the soundproofing is a bit lacking.

The location is great, close to Rome's main train station, so it's quick to get to all the surrounding attractions. They have a water dispenser, and the Daikin air conditioning is wonderfully cool.
