ローマに行かれる方にはこちらのホテルを強くおすすめします。観光地へのアクセス、部屋の清潔感も最高ですが、何より女性のオーナーさんのおもてなしが素晴らしいです。着いてすぐにあたたかい笑顔で迎えてくださり、美味しい飲み物と軽食を出してくださいました。また、ローマの地図を使って主要な観光地へのアクセス方法や、見逃しがちな隠れた観光スポット、ホテルに近いおすすめのレストラン、地下鉄に乗る際の注意点など丁寧に教えてくださいました。旅行前に交通機関など予習はしていましたが、実際に暮らしている方から行き方や距離感など教えていただけるのは観光客の私たちにとってとてもありがたかったです。私たちは英語があまり得意ではなかったのですが、オーナーさんがゆっくりと簡単な英語で話してくれたので聞き取りやすかったです。また、滞在中に私たちの携帯の充電器が壊れてしまったのですが、事情を話したところもう1人の女性の方が快く充電器を貸してくださり大変助かりました。ローマでの滞在はこのホテルに泊まったことによって最高の思い出になりました。ありがとうございました！

in general, we like mercure hotels and this trip was no different; it was great overall. only con is the distance from metro station, not sure if is it because of all the roadworks and construction in rome so we had to take rather far detours.

The sister of the hotel is very enthusiastic and patient! The first day I went to Rome to stay at this house, the network was not good at the beginning, the translation software was down, she repeated it many times to my translation software, and she was still smiling. She was very kind. The breakfast the next day was called a hearty one. The degree of chin! Then it was very clean! It's also close to the Colosseum!

We arrived at 10 AM and had some trouble finding the entrance. The main door was closed, and no one answered when we knocked. We called the phone number, but the person only spoke Italian. Fortunately, some guests were leaving and helped us get inside. There was no one at the reception, but later someone responded in English via WhatsApp. We left our bags and came back later — the room was ready on time at 3 PM. The bed was comfortable, there was also a small sofa, the room was clean, and the bathroom had all the essentials. However, the main shower head was leaking a bit. The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk through the park to the Colosseum, and the metro is nearby. For the price we paid, it was a very good deal overall.

The reception of Miss Jasmine at the reception was warm like an old friend, and made me forget the tiredness of the trip. Unfortunately, there are two points. One is that there was a floating object in the water of a shared coffee maker that could be seen as dust or mold. Hygiene is the basis of civilization. Another thing was that I was suddenly told to pay the accommodation tax at check-in. If there is a communication means called WhatsApp in advance, the preparation and mentality of the guests are very different just by notifying them. Still, I am not hesitant to write this inn as ”satisfaction”. Maintain quality and unparalleled in location. The value of travel is formed by such a small sum.

Aside from the Vatican, all other attractions are within walking distance. The hotel is nice and well-lit! But, but! The toilet has a pungent, unpleasant smell or something! Strangely, sometimes it doesn't. When we first checked in, the perfume was so strong that we wondered if it was just covering up the toilet smell. This smell completely wiped out all the good things! I wonder if it was just our room.

The overall room is not big but it is enough for our three temporary accommodations. It is close to various attractions and convenient for our short stay. All stays are very pleasant 😀

Great location, friendly host, great pizza bar across the road. Close to train terminal. Would have liked if safe was secured and able to be used and air conditioner in need of cleaning/service as mouldy. Overall an okay stay
