overall our stay was good. Kids were very excited running around the room and the hot spring. There were few areas for improvement such as room cleaning, there were hairs left on the bath room; and the Guest Service phone was all time busy, such that I needed to go all the way back to the check in lobby for enquiry and service request.

Stayed there two times, very nice and helpful service. If you need to stay in Shaoguan for few days, this is the best option you have.

酒店環境十分優美，最近房源不緊張，酒店還免費升級房間，前台服務態度十分好，有需求都能馬上給到迴應，跟東莞康帝酒店十分相似，下次還會帶親友過來。早餐也是十分好吃。壓根挑剔不出一點缺點。

酒店很有特色，特別要表揚酒店前台，酒店前台服務熱情特別好，一看就是一家管理很好的酒店。期待下次再來這家酒店。

酒店設計屬於原始風格，外牆沒有粉飾，像剛剛完成而未做粉飾，園林設計另人很舒服休閒的感覺。
員工非常有禮貌，由其前台服務員(阿豪)，提出的問題很快便幫忙解決了，晚上訂了兩間外賣，因為酒店規定，外賣員不能直接送到房間，只可以門前保安代收，再由職員送到房間，要他們連送兩次，實在不好意思。
房間寬敞乾淨，只是沖涼時，水比較容易滲漏到外面，這個關乎設計問題，與員工清潔無關。
酒店整體都很好，下次到韶關還會選擇這間酒店。
備註，酒店有旅遊團入住，食早餐的餐廳，員工接待完旅行團便忙於清潔，個人訂房的人，到餐廳用膳，便好像沒有再添加食物。

外出遊玩遇到紅色暴雨+洪水，幸好找到這家酒店，沒想到體驗格外的好！首先前臺接待的小姐姐們特別友好貼心，其中叫polly的漂亮姐姐服務真的太好啦，看我們帶著小孩子，淋著雨進來，還給我們升級了房間不單止，還提醒我們一些注意事項，給我們貼心建議，真的有種相逢恨晚的感覺！酒店的環境很乾淨新穎，設計感獨特，房間又大又亮，很新，還有戶外泡池，哈哈哈房間里面的泡麵和冰箱裏的飲料都是免費送的！太棒了這次住宿！
