The location is great, right in front of Niihama Station, and right next to the Fuji supermarket. The multi-storey car park can accommodate a large number of cars, and it doesn't seem to get too crowded.

Close to the station. Clean and nice. We were a family with a newborn baby and the queen bed was a bit small, but we managed to stay there. We were also able to visit the nearby museum.

Magnificent hotel 2 minutes from Niihama station and the museum. Excellent buffet breakfast included. Amazing bedroom and bathroom of very good size, fully equipped. Very fast Wi-Fi. Very friendly staff. I stayed 3 nights.

There are only two bath towels per room, so there are not enough towels for a family of four. I would like more towels provided for the number of people in the reservation.

Check-in was complicated because it was done by machine.
I stayed for a long time, but the room was only cleaned once every four days, and there was no bed making, trash removal, or bathroom cleaning. Breakfast was delicious.
