The stay was amazing!!!! So much better then a hotel Would definitely recommend it! This is my second time using Sonder and I’m definitely going to plan my next trip using Sonder five stars close to everything and well stocked with everything you need ❤️❤️❤️

Sonder is a favorite of mine! Anywhere I go I check for a Sonder property because you can ensure that the property will be nice, clean, and easy access. This new property in DC inside was no different. The suite was a great size and very accommodating no matter how long you plan on staying. However being an avid staycationer in the area and resident. This area is not somewhere I would typically book a room nor would I recommend someone else to. It is a high crime area in the day time and night. There’s not many places to walk to and enjoy yourself and I wouldn’t even recommend walking around especially at night. Even though the area is being slowly transformed, the price point for this place does not match; specifically due to the nature of the area. Love Sonder and their properties but depending on my plans I may not stay here again.

It’s a lovely accommodation is a fairly central part of Washington DC. Close to convenient bus stops and about 10 minute walk from a metro station. The accommodation was spacious, clean and cozy. There were a lot of Internet issues in the evening, that occurred throughout the entirety of my 10 day stay. However the team was prompt to reply and by morning it would be sorted out. The gym was small but had the basic essentials. Overall it was a pleasant stay, there were guards on duty all the time that greeted coming in and out.

The units looked to be new. Extremely clean and the bed was SOOOO comfortable. The only 2 things is the closet hinge needs sprayed because it squeaks when opening. The other is the bath towels are completely across the bathroom and no hook near the tub/shower. I will stay again if in the area.

I love the look of a one bedroom apartment!!!! Only bad thing was the people above us was stomping throughout the day while we were their. Even at night!!! Everything else was SUPERB!!!! This was my first time staying with Sonders and it definitely won't be the last!!!

Nice room design. Room could have been a little cleaner. The main downside is the area this property is in. I did not want to walk outside at all.

The unit is great! The building is not the cleanest but I am sure if they give it a clean it would be fine. The location is very unsafe, especially at night. You need to take taxis to get around. There is no easy metro nearby and it is super unsafe to walk at night. If those things don't bother you, then this is a good option.

I LIKED THE CODED ENTRANCE TO THE PROPERTY AND TO MY SUITE. BEDDING VERY COMFORTABLE, WELL EQUIPT AND VERY CLEAN DESIGN. THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING - LINENS, TOWELS, POTS, PANS, TOASTER, TEA KETTLE, COFFEE MACHINE, IRON BOARD, IRON. CLEAN, TRENDY AND COMFORTABLE

It was wonderful.

It's a mini apar**ent with all the kitchen equipment you might need on a trip. The bathroom is large and has a bathtub. There is also a washing machine and dryer, as well as a dishwasher. Ideal for short and long stays.

Good location
