Booked fairly last minute through *********** looking for accommodation near to Stade de France for the World Cup semi final rugby. This seemed to tick all the boxes and we weren’t disappointed. Don’t get me wrong this isn’t the Ritz but it is clean and functional. We stayed on the fifth floor in a double room. The rooms are small but clean and tidy with towels. This is a no frills hotel which matches the hotel starring system. Somewhere between a travel lodge and a premier inn. We didn’t have breakfast or use the bar in the evening but both were available. Parking was available at the rear of the hotel. Would stay again.

There is a large bed and two small beds in the suite, the decoration is relatively new, shower and bath are available, dry and wet separation. Sound insulation is good and comfortable. There are microwaves and refrigerators, small and full. It is a 15-minute walk to Metro Line 12. However, due to the tramp nearby, it was a bit messy.

Spent 4 nights in this hotel and had good experience. Room was small but sufficient for a good night sleep after long hours or walking in the city. Everything is clean.
Staff are lovely and friendly. Check in and check out fast. Breakfast decent with almost everything, and we will like it more if there are more vegetables.
Location is great enough for us since we can get to almost every major sites within 30 minutes with subway. The area outside the hotel under some construction but it doesn’t affect our nights.
Totally recommend if price keeps being competitive.

We couldn't fault our two night stay at the ResidHome. Cost of one night: 112 euros. To which must be added the breakfasts: organic and taken in a pleasant room, with a small terrace when the weather allows it. Large room/studio, beautiful volumes, very clean, warm welcome. Possibility to rent a parking space. Easy access.

Stayed right before Paris fashion week which is why everyone in the city looked extra fab! The cleanest hostel in Paris probably no bed bugs here! Loved that the bathroom was separated from the beds so you don’t have to worry about waking up your roommates. Free towel included but no laundry or kitchen so keep that in mind. Location wise there’s plenty of cafes and restaurants but it’s more on the outskirts from the touristy things. It’s is a ten minute walk to Guy Moquet metro station and then twentyish minutes to get to central locations like the Louvre or Arc de Triomphe. Navigating the Paris underground is not for the weak. That didn’t stop me from deluding myself that I’d get anywhere in Paris in under twenty minutes. Check in and checking out was super easy, staff is friendly.

Great hotel, is located right next to a mini retail park with restaurants and a supermarket for buying essentials. Rooms are very well decorated, very clean and soundproof. It is a 6 minute walk to the nearest metro and I felt very safe being there alone. Breakfast options are also decent, receptionist are very friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

I don't expect luxury from a hostel, but I do expect cleanliness. On the surface the hostel appears clean. Most importantly, the bed sheets and mattress are clean. However, look beyond that and you'll see it's filthy and obviously never given a deep clean. Down the side of the lower bunk there is what must be months and months of rotten food, old socks, dirt and dust that has been allowed to collect. No wonder the room smells so musty and stuffy. My bunk had blood streaks from a squashed bug (and live mosquitoes flying about), as well as sticky finger prints all over the bed panels and window. Furthermore, the noise level is crazy. I understand on a Friday people want to party so the bar was blasting out music and the 1st floor rooms are not sound proof - I actually didn't mind that. What annoyed me was the fact that they were blasting music through the speakers in the 1st floor toilet/shower rooms. WHY?! This made the room and hallways even noisier. Its only saving grace is the location (and free wi-fi). It can feel a bit dodgy walking through there alone as a single woman at night, but so can any big city... The hostel is close to some great bars, restaurants, and tourist attractions (Père Lachaise Cemetery, for example). I'd recommend hiring a bike to get around - there's quite a few Vélib' bike stations a short walk away.

Rooms are smaller than small. Carpet on the floor is disgusting. Bathroom needs renovation. Air in rooms is very, very dry! ”Clean” is a word, noone knows in this building. Breakfast is ok, dont eat the scrambled ”eggs”. Check in was fast. They don´t speak English, except the Check-In-Lady.

The rooms were small but clean. There were small cubes where to save your stuff but not even a carry on would fit there. The private bathrooms were ok but there were no towels to even dry my hands on or to step out the shower afterwards, so everything was a bit wet. Sometimes I could not get it into the common bathrooms for some reason and I know I was not the only one (problems with hostel card) We asked whether they could add us all to the same 4-bed room since we were 3. They said they could and afterwards they did not 'by mistake' so this was a bit disappointing. The place in general was awesome, it was very nice, clean, friendly staff. They also have lockers where to store your luggage if needed. Breakfast was a bit expensive but totally worth it. Location was convenient since there is a metro station just around the corner, so it was pretty easy to move around such a big city. I would probably go again.

Outstanding
MMrs and MrsIt was such a wonderful experience to stay in H4 Hotel during my visit with my wife in Paris. It's a new hotel with a dynamic and energetic team providing excellent customer services. There's a security guard on every floor so we feel protected. They've provided fresh, healthy and delicious breakfast - you don't want to miss it.
GGuest UserI will start with the positives. The rooms are a good size and the shower is nice. However, the hotel over all is tatty and tiered and in need of a revamp, there is a strange smell in the corridors and everything on front desk is over priced. To top off a very average stay the cleaner binned a bag belonging to my son (6 years old) with a photo from PSG stadium tour in with 2 football players who he is besotted with when I reported this to reception desk the guy was extremely rude, dismissive and did nothing at all to help in any way. There are lots more hotels in and around Paris and I would not recommend this one the surrounding areas are very basic, there is little in terms of places to eat. This hotel would serve a purpose for conciencien e for one night if you were visiting stade de France.
NNYYC90It is a 13-minute drive from Charles de Gaulle Airport, parking is free, and there is a large supermarket near the hotel, which is very convenient. The front desk staff at the hotel are very friendly, the room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is very good.
GGuest UserI was a bit desapointed, the room was not prepared and no blanket for the second bed. I had to request it then i got a dirty one. I had to go back to the reception to have a new clean one.

GGuest UserI want to make a comment about a hotel we stayed at recently. First of all, for once I didn't book on the Accor website! big mistake. When we arrived there was a paper stuck on the door saying ”hotel full”. But as there were free rooms on the site, I allowed myself to knock very hard on the glass door and the guard ended up opening. This man was far from friendly. And when I told him that I hadn't made my reservation online, he replied ”fortunately, because if I hadn't wanted to take you, I would have been very annoyed” (well, almost that word). In short. I reserve the room and 2 breakfasts and finally he says to me ”ah well, there's a mistake, I only put one. It doesn't matter, you'll ask for one more tomorrow morning”. Ok. And in the morning I was glad that only one breakfast was counted. It was the berezina! Almost nothing to eat, not even a tea bag! I had to go get some in the car for my husband. I ate what I had brought in my cooler...and frankly it was better than what was available! The young man at the reception was very embarrassed not to satisfy us, ok but hey the presentation and the diversity of the products was not there anyway! It's the first time we've had this kind of problem in a Formula 1 car. But really, we were very disappointed. I think something needs to be done to fix this. We almost always book directly on the Accor website. We do not go through resellers like booking or other. But that doesn't change the quality. Frankly, it was mediocre. In addition, I would like to point out an event that took place in my presence (and joins some comments): the evening receptionist (the elderly man I dealt with and who pretended not to know how to use the 'computer) made a young man pay when it was already paid by his company, this gentleman told him. But since he didn't speak French very well, he didn't dare insist. So he paid, there the manager says to him ah damn it was already paid, and says to him ”normally you will be reimbursed but there... I very much doubt it!” How ? since on the invoice there was not written that the gentleman paid twice!
