never book this hotel for family of three if you plan to stay in one room!
They never mentioned it on site but there is no additional bed bed for child, only mattress on the floor. so your choice on arrival will be or take one more room and double the cost or take one and your child will sleep on the floor like a dog and you will have to step over this “bed” every time you move around the room.
In general staff was friendly but on the check out day room cleaning have started to disturb us even before 10 a.m. rushing in the room without even knocking the door. And she did it every half an hour while check out time is 12 a.m.

The hotel is really safe but it just stays in a too dangerous zone. If you use public transportation as a main method and travelled a lot until sun is down, it would be scary for u to walk from metro(13) to the hotel. And if u need to use metro(14), I would highly recommend u to avoid it. I lost my phone on the first day going to France at the entrance of that station. And police there can't help us much. If u lost things here, it is almost impossible for u to get it back.
The room is pretty small for 2 ppl. There is just 1 bathroom and 1 hair dryer. (No fridge, no closet) And be sure that when u go out from room, u really close the door properly bc I saw many rooms didn't close it properly and someone without card can go in easily.

GREAT HOTEL. So so happy we stayed here. The staff is soo friendly and helpful all hours of the day and night. Unlimited water was a nice surprise- they’ll give you a big glass bottle to bring to your room and refill your own bottles! The lobby itself is beautiful and the room is very comfortable. Super trendy hotel with cute aesthetics.
Metro is super close and walkable. All different metro lines are accessible from the hotel which makes traveling into Paris super easy. We actually came for a concert at Stade de France which was only 3 stops away! This hotel is a little outside of main Paris tourist area which is nice because it’s cheaper and easy to navigate. Pretty quiet outside and not crowded at all.
No fridge, tv, or air conditioning in the room but I believe that’s expected for Europe. We came beginning of August and although it was warm at times, the no a/c was fine as the hotel itself would still be cold at night.

Really great spot if you don’t want or need to stay in the centre of Paris. Virtually all the staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms are small - but no smaller than usual for Paris and it’s worth booking one with a terrace/balcony. Special praise for O’Neil in the bar who was fantastic,
