Loud guests kept me awake two days. No one to call but you have to text for support and by the time they respond it is too late.
On the final night the banged the wall to remind the guest that I can hear them and they came to my door and knocked. Absolute freaking horror who wants to have a fight in the middle of the night.

Was an excellent choice for the money. AC was under performing but with the mild temps having the sliding glass door open was a perfect solution. We will stay here again!

I liked everything. The only inconvenience is the very small room and bathroom, especially bathroom very cramped for two people.

The staff have always been fantastic! They are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and equipped with everything you may need. They even furnish laundry pods! The public transit lines are easily accessible. Shopping is as well. Also, as a recovering alcoholic, the options and transportation to meetings and recovery spots are impressive and I greatly appreciate that. This is an amazing place to stay. I have only stayed a the downtown St. Paul MN property but, you guys will be my first pick if I end up going any other place. Thank you for being so awesome!!

Very Nice. Overall EXCELLENT! Modern, clean, comfortable!! Also nice to have a well stocked kitchenette. (A couple minor issues…There were some long hairs on the shower wall and liquid soap dispenser did not work.) Thank you for a wonderful stay

The hotel seemed newly renovated which was great. The dowside to that is that, when we checked in at midnight, the nicely outfitted rooms were covered in a thin layer of dust (from sanding walls?). A text to the hotel resulted in housekeeping being sent in the afternoon to try to clean that up. We hung out in the comfortable lobby while they cleaned.
It was generally quiet except for a little construction noise at night.
The location was convenient for us as we were visiting someone near Children's MN, and there were restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance.

Unfortunately our non-smoking unit really smelled of smoke. We all noticed it immediately, and it was present the entire weekend. They forgot to provide bedding for the pullout couch, so we had to use bath towels as blankets the first night. Then they brought the bedding the next day. My friend got stuck inside the bathroom twice, door sticks BADLY. So, nothing awful but definitely could have been a more pleasant stay if these things were taken care of.

The first room’s bed was broken, there was a hole in the bathroom wall and graffiti above the toilet. We got moved to a new room and the door to the bedroom bathroom did not close all the way. The frame was too small for the door.
