Это не отель в отдельно стоящем здании. Это мини-отель на 3-4 этажах существующего здания. По содержанию вопросов нет, ремонт свежий, чисто.

酒店就在涅瓦大街上出現很方便，距離地鐵一號、二號步行10分鐘。每天都有人定時打掃房間。房間設施齊全，除了沒有牙刷和牙膏。唯一不足就是沒有電梯 對於要提着大行李箱上樓的就不友好了。

Вообщем все хорошо , чисто , уютно, приветливый персонал. Есть место для оставления багажа после выселения, удобное место расположения , красивый вид с окна. Но... бронировали номер более чем за месяц , скидывала скрин номера так как выбрали этот отель именно из за этого номера , а точнее из за балкона. При заселении выяснилось что администратор при бронировании перепутал номера и заселяться нам пришлось в другой номер. настроение сразу конечно же испортилось. Я думаю что на такие случае могли бы предоставлять скидку хотя бы минимальную на следующий раз

Отличное местоположение ,комфортно , низкая цена ,никаких предварительных оплат не спрашивают , что особенно удобно без наличия росс. карты , единственный минус - в номере не было холодильника , хотя он был заявлен (трехместный на 3 этаже).

Отдыхали семьей в номере стандарт. Вид был на Литейный и Невский. Шикарные подоконники)) В номере чисто, уборка каждый день. Единственное не хватило печки, а так все необходимое на кухне есть. Один раз брали завтрак в кафе внизу. Потом стали ходить в столовую через дорогу, намного дешевле и вкуснее. Рядом есть все необходимое, внизу круглосуточный магазин. Расположение шикарное. Спасибо за отличный отдых!

Отель очень понравился. Отличное месторасположение, очень чистые номера,. Нам достался номер стандарт с двуспальной кроватью и диваном. Хорошее наполнение номера за эту стоимость (чайник, гигиенические принадлежности, фен, большой плазменный телевизор, мини-холодильник). На этаже есть кухня с микроволновой, посудой и большим холодильником, гладильная доска с утюгом. У каждого постояльца есть электронный ключ, который открывает входную дверь на улице и дверь на этаж, это очень удобно если ты поздно возвращаешься с экскурсии или ночью выезжаешь из отеля.
